Bed linen for the sofa bed was a little light on, but comfortable all the same.

Such a great location in the heart of Florence with all the charm of an old building but refurbished and very comfortable. Family-run business and it felt nice to come home to this surprisingly quiet space each day.

In one word, I can say it's great. You can feel like at home right in the city centre. Your room is tidied regularly every day. cleanliness, friendly staff, espresso offerings. Everything was very enjoyable, thank you again

If you stay here please be mindful that this is not your house and hanging out in the family, room back and forth from your room, slamming your bedroom door multiple times at all hours is making a lot of noise for people trying to sleep.I can sleep with the street noise but the inside noise is different.

Perfect location. Around the corner from the duomo, but perfectly quiet, on a small side street. Allessandro, the owner, delightful, and accommodating. Breakfast served steps away, was very good. Bed, large and very comfortable. Room simply decorated- calm vibe. Will stay here again.

This property was a hidden gem! It was absolutely clean and room was much bigger than we expected. The location couldn't have been better! It was in the heart of the city with a fantastic wine bar across the street. Alessandro is a fantastic host and he helped organize a taxi for our early morning departure on the last day. He made sure to follow up with confirmations which was incredibly helpful since we were a bit worried about making it to the airport in time. The ability to do our laundry onsite was a huge plus. We loved everything about the property. It's the only place we would stay in if (when!) we hopefully return to Florence some day.

This B&B was a great place to stay. The location is outstanding, close to everything. The room was very spacious with nice fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. The host, Allesandro,(I probably misspelled his name) was great. We were able to have an early check-in which we greatly appreciated and he even did our laundry for us which was unexpected and very nice. He gave us a list of his favorite restaurants and also helped arrange taxi service for us. When I come back to Florence I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

Basically I have no complaints, everything was better then we expected.

The location was absolutely perfect! The room was great and the amenities where better then expected. The host washed our laundry and brought it all back before we even woke up the next morning. He also gave us terrific restaurants to eat in.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. He helped us to our room and was thorough in the orientation process. We felt welcome to make ourselves at home. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. We were even able to wash our laundry! It's a great place to relax after a long day of walking around. The breakfast is in a restaurant within a short walking distance, which has great food and friendly staff in a cozy environment. The hotel is close to many great restaurants, bars, shops, and historical buildings where you're bound to find excellent street performances at night.
