We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe "club lounge" was a bit of a letdown-- really nice to have complimentary beer and wine in the afternoon and evening, but the food wasn't great and there wasn't a lot of it. Generally, the food left something to be desired--both the free breakfast and the paid lunch and dinner options. Was okay, but we ate lunch and dinner at the hotel only once. Getting to the beach through the caves was cool, but the beach access could generally be better lit and a bit more maintained. Based on the location of the beach and cliffs, you lose all sun in the mid-afternoon. (All the other beaches to the east kept sun a lot longer).
The view, location, our room, and the staff were all incredible. Especially the staff--so helpful and kind. The "beach" dock was a great place to spend an afternoon. Our room was spectacular (Junior Suite) with insane views. Truly felt luxury. Massages were exceptional.

United Kingdombalcony was not private. one of the showers was blocked and flooded the bathroom and the other shower didn’t have hot water and needed a new thermostatic valve. they seem to have weddings almost daily and so was bit noisier than we would have liked. the breakfast was below average, a buffet which I would not expect from a 5 star hotel.

United KingdomI can’t count the number of splinters in my feet from the hardwood deck by the sea. The staff are lovely but there just aren’t enough of them. We carried our bags from the entrance, waited forever for staff at the pool bar (twice), and there is nothing on offer at the swimming area (not even a towel stretched out on the loungers by staff). The seagulls and pigeons are monopolising the pool area because the staff are so stretched that they are so infrequently. It’s just not 5 star service, or what you should get at a Relais and Chateaux property.
