The room needs a bit of refreshment, like painting the walls, but is clean. No kettle in the room.

Nice common space, microwave, possibility of tee or coffee in the breakfast room in the evening, good breakfast buffet, bike storage, location close to the old town, the lake, and the train station. Clean! Very friendly staff.

I was given the key to another persons room and there was a couple in bed when I arrived. The staff easily replaced my key and checked me into my actual room. Abit embarrassing for all but no problem in the end. The other couple got quite frightened because I arrived quite late.

The shower booth is really small, i'm a relatively small asian (167cm, 72kg) and can barely move inside the booth, can't imagine if a huge dude taking shower there. The shower hose was short and attached high up near the ceiling, if only the management have an extension pipe or longer shower hose to make it more reasonable and maneuverable

There could have been a little bit more space in the room. The soap provided was listed as hand, body and hair. it did not work well for the hair. The shower was also rather small.

Breakfast was phenomenal. Highlight of our stay! The room was good. It had everything needed. From the level we were on we had a beatiful view. The location was very practial and good. Walking distance from the trainstation and the city center. There were also some restaurants surrounding the hotel what was very pleasant.

Hotel was very neat and clean and and a value for money. Location was also very convenient and on walking distance to all facilities. Staff was excellent and very helpful specially Imaan. Very pleasant personality and guide everything like an expert travel guide. We are very thankful to her. Breakfast was also good. I would highly recommend this hotel for stay in Como

Window view was looking inside a courtyard into other house windows, therefore it felt no privacy, had to keep curtains closed even during the day. Mattresses were a bit to soft for my liking. But overall comfy.

Very clean, cozy, comfy. You can buy snacks and various beverages directly from the vending machines in hotel on the ground floor. Even ready made meals, and heat them there right away. Self check-in was useful and practical, since I came to a hotel very late.

Water heater, tea and coffee set up in the room is missing.

Location is very good, only 5-8 min to station by walking. Breakfast is open buffet and rich, delicious. Room is comfortable. Price is economical. Nothing to complain at all.

Staff were lovely, spoke good English. Breakfast nice. Really close to Como Center about 10 mins walk but in the nice weather feels more like 2. Room is compact but has everything in perfectly. Lovely b&b will be back again!

That the elevator keeps the smell of the clients, on our first day of stay the smell of the elevator was insupportable that we tried to cover our nose or not breath until it open, it was a terrible one. The noise from the room above us was very noticeable. It might be evitated if clients can respect the rules written in the corridor.

Well the room is right for its price. The heating system for this season is also right. The mini store for the necessity in the reception area is also vast. The breakfast also is abundant.

No faults to note

Great location for Como and easy access to train station. Very comfy bed and shower had good pressure/heat. Breakfast was also delicious and staff were always welcoming with a smile. Later check-out of 12pm was great as allowed for a leisurely start to the morning with no urgency.
