The location is not central, but walking 10 min and using public elevators (15 min in total) one gets to the edge of the old city. The air in the room is extremely dry… The breakfast is good, but unusually complicated: one needs to order the day before exactly what one wishes to eat. A normal buffet would be nicer. Temperature of the shower could be more stable.

Very nicely renovated buildings. Large parking. Very helpful and friendly stuff who gave very useful hints what to do and where to go.

I expected the room to have 2 toilets as advertised but only got 1, which was tight for 4 adults in morning rush.

Overall a very cute Italian vibe villa! Decor and cleanliness was on spot.

The heat stayed on so the room was hot when we would return but opening a window was easy. We were fine as we love to walk but it is a bit tricky to walk up to Siena.

We loved our stay. The parking was perfect for our itinerary and being near the supermarket was nice. The staff were really helpful with making reservations and making suggestions. Laundry access was also a plus. The apartment met all of our needs.

The hotel is located in a Nice and quiet area ( 30 min+/-) walking from Siena city center. There is a really good Supermarket very close to the hotel and the kitchen is Fully equiped. The apartment was very clean and comfortable as well. Real value for money.

There was nothing we didnt like. We did get 2 coffee capsules for the espresso machine upon arrival. I would have liked to have few more, but you can probably just ask at the reception.

Everything was great, staff is very pleasant and helpful. Kitchen is well equipped, there is everything you might need. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is very nice and clean. Size of the apartment is great, living room and kitchen are at the ground floor and upstairs there are a bedroom and a bathroom. Location is very good also, 6-7 minutes by car from the center of Siena. WiFi was working great. It is nice and quiet both during the day and night. There is a good supermarket only 1-2 minutes by car. All in all great place to relax and enjoy, being very close to Siena center.

As for location, you can't simply park your car and visit the old town by a walk, because it's too far. But that's not a real problem. Also wifi strength wasn't very good in our room, but we didn't need it much.

Perfect value for money! The hosts are very kind and generous. We had an option with a breakfast included. It was the first time we had to choose from the breakfast menu in advance and we chose a lot :D Just because we like to mix sweet and salty meals. There wasn't any complaint from staff and we received more than we expected and it was really tasty. The property has everything you need for short stays. Just to mention a few which are not very common: kettle and teas, shampoo, sewing and vanity kit, ... As for location, you're pretty close to the train station, but we weren't bothered by the noise, so you don't have to worry about it.

The extra bed (foldable) was damaged and we did not manage to explain to the reception team that it required to be repaired or changed. Therefore, our youngest son had to sleep on the sofa bed, which was ok, but not optimal.

Location is good, but it requires a 20-25 minutes walk to Siena Old Town. Since our stay was in December, the heaters played a great roll. The accommodation is exactly as described on webpage, so, no bad surprises.
