Room a little small and bathrooms need a bit of maintenance. Need a kettle in the room. No hotel parking but you can drop cases infront then go and find parking. No problem for us but in high season could be difficult.

The hotel retains a charming, historic atmosphere but would benefit from some updates, especially to the bathroom and terrace. A self-service breakfast, where guests can choose what they want, would further improve the experience.

This is a charming little hotel with a fantastic location in the heart of the city center. We had a room with a beautiful view of Lake Albano and a small terrace.

Great location, very beautiful view of the lake. Delicious breakfast, you can choose it the day before, and it's delivered to your room at no extra cost. The room was small but had everything needed, a bit worn but clean. Several restaurants nearby. The hotel is located on top of a hill; a bicycle would speed up getting around. Distances are long on foot, but the beautiful view makes up for it 😀

The views from our rooms were stunning. The breakfast was really very good and made to order. The staff was exceptional, kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to take care of us. The balconies, rooms, and showers are all small.

It needs to make bike storage available. There was a basement associated with the restaurant that was eventually used but the first night we had to lock them up outside which we weren't comfortable with.

Great view from the balcony onto the lake. Breakfast requires selecting the day before but there is a wide choice and ready when you sit down for it. Staff were super helpful.

A bit tired. More annoying was the fact that many of the photos showing the glorious restaurant and open air facilities weren’t available because the restaurant appeared to be under separate management and was Closed on our first night . The next day it was open but you couldn’t access the other outside Locations which were suggested in the photos describing the hotel. The only public space was the inside area by reception where breakfast was served

Bit tired. Needs an update. Did the job for one night though Had to order every breakfast item the night before cereal/ fruit/ drinks/ bread etc. Good to avoid waste, but I would have taken much smaller bits of everything from a buffet.
