Hotel need small renovation but it’s not like it will disturb You. Beside that it was clean all the time. My only minus was bed which was to hard for my family but up to Your preferences.

Distance to beach was like 3 min by foot plus nice restaurant on the beach. Great view to Tavolara island. Very family friendly staff and also ready to help in any case. Small hotel with good atmosphere.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of Porto San Paolo, close to many supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. A few minutes walk to the village’s beach and 5/10 minutes by car from beautiful beaches. The staff is very friendly, available, welcoming and caring. We had a small problem with the shower which was fixed in not even one day. The room is nice, clean and with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was very good, diverse and fresh, also with some homemade delicious cakes.

Very good location for both beaches and kind and friendly staff. We loved our stay and cannot fault this lovely place ! We had a twin room although small we had a balcony so that was a plus. Exceptionally clean ( cleaned everyday ) and with toiletries and plenty of towels . We could also use a beach umbrella from them.

Super nice staff - Everyone was always ready to help and greet us with a smile. The breakfast was great, with an amazing coffee! The rooms were comfortable - quite rustic, but it has all you need working perfectly. And very spacious!! We are very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend!

Very clean (good for people with dust allergy), comfortable. Very pleasant decor with a lovely balcony. Great breakfast. They even loan an umbrella for the beach, free of charge. Big plus - there is a parking spot reserved! Overall very personal touch and warm atmosphere, everyone from the staff was lovely.

Not much really. Its a good three star hotel so perfectly meets your expectations. I had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning as it, even in the lowest power, blows on you in the bed so it’s not healthy to keep it on while sleeping and then the room gets hot but trees nothing to do about it.

The rooms were great but would have been nice to have more blankets since the room could get cold and maybe more bathroom amenities like replacements on shampoos after a day since they are quite small.

The location of this hotel was perfect. We loved being close to two great beaches and near the ferry where we could reach the nearby island. The staff was also super nice and helped us navigate the town.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. We arrived on an early flight so we were at the hotel much earlier than check in time and we were allowed to enjoy the delightful breakfast on arrival. Breakfast is good but it's VERY simple. Even though I love the prosciutto, after 2 days it gets boring if you need to eat ham with only 1 type of bread/roll. It would have been nice to have such basic options like an omelet, fried eggs, etc. No veggies (fresh tomato or cucumber etc. ) for breakfast ...instead you have more sweet pastries (croissant, cake, and other sweet stuff) and fruits (grapes, banana, peach).

- The staff (namely: Andrea from the reception and Harris from the bar. Thank you guys for your hospitality. Keep up your attitude!:) ) - location (you can reach the most beautiful beaches in the area by scooter within 10-15 minutes..like Taverna beach, Brandinchi, Impostu...and also get into the airport by car within 15min, or to Olbia city center by scooter within 20 min) - cleanliness (rooms, corridors, lobby, bar, restaurant) - coffee latte at the bar for breakfast (yummy!), - free parking for my scooter during the night inside the gate - beach umbrella provided by the hotel if you wanna go to the beach (so you don't need to buy one)
