For a 4-star hotel the shower was too small and they didn’t even offer a complimentary bottle of water. Also they didn’t mention at check-in that the city tax would be due at checkout

- security lacking. You don't have to show ID when asking for your room key. So anyone could ask for your key. And they say your room number out loud at reception and at breakfast. Not great if you are a solo female traveller - Hot! room air condition could not be turned on although advertised as air conditioned room. Was so hot even with window wide open (another security risk) I thought I was having a fever - in room cup stained. Questionable cleanliness - shower didn't have divider. Impossible to not splash water all over floor

It would be nice if there was a glass panel in the shower/bathtub area.

The location is really convenient, 5 mins from the central station. And breakfast was good, especially the apple tart! It was very nice that we could have salad and vegetables in the morning. There is a gym on -1 floor as well. Room was well cleaned up and staffs were very kind. I would come back if I have another chance to visit Milan again.

Great location, lovely staff and delicious breakfast. Wide choice, including scrambled eggs, cheese, vegetables, fruit and cakes. The rooms are quite small, but just enough for a short stay with a lot of sightseeing.

The insulation between rooms was poor. We could hear people coming and going from their rooms or moving furniture clearly. Also- we did not like their policy of giving the room key back to the from desk each time we left the hotel. Especially because when we returned they did not check our IDs to confirm the room is ours. All we did was walk in say our room # and they gave us the key back. Seems like an easy way to get robbed.

Location is excellent for those, who want to travel by train - a minute-walk from Milano Centrale. Tasty breakfasts with quite a wide range of products, fruit, cheese, local ham, cakes. Clean room, spacoius bathroom.

Located in a quiet backroad, just 5 minutes walk to the central station. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Because I couldn't join the breakfast on the last day I received a very nice packed lunch. The breakfast is fantastic.

Breakfast was expensive. Although there were lots of good options I find 15 euro excessive for a Breakfast. I had some issues booking and perhaps there's an option to have it included? If so I would opt for that rather than paying 34€ extra upon check out.
