The only thing I found very annoying on the property was the toilet seat. I did not stay up on it's own. You had to hold it with your hands to keep it on the upright position.

Great room less than 5 minutes away from the train station. Buses going to the beach stop around the corner. The room was big enough for 2 people (I was on my own), clean and very bright. It had a balcony (which I did not use), AC and a small fridge. The bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. Very easy to check in. Magda was in touch with me and kept me up to date with anything going on in the property.

Meeting went well after some initial confusion about passcodes and key boxes. You need the door code for the door off the street, then the key code for the key box, then the code for the apartment door. After that it's just normal old fashioned key. There is no kettle to make tea if you don't drink coffee but a pid machine for those who do. A kettle would be a great addition and so helpful. Right in the centre of town, cafes and restaurants nearby. Taxi's everywhere so no concern finding one for your departure. A great stay.

While the bathroom was indeed private, in that we were the only ones using it, you had to go across the hall to access it, which was totally fine, just not what we expected.

The location was excellent, only a short walk to wonderful restaurants and patios. The room itself was quite spacious and the bed comfortable, and the AC and minifridge were much appreciated.

There is no lift so you will have to carry your luggage a flight of steps.

The property is just on the border of the pedestrian zone which is great as you can unload your car and walk into the pedestrian zone. Large clean rooms. Everything functional.

The facilities in the bathroom showed signs of use, especially in the shower. The floor was also a little bit damaged due to the water in the bathroom.

The location was very central and we had a large selection of restaurants, bars and sights to visit. The room was quite spacious and we liked our little balcony. The owner was also very friendly!

The shower is not so good. Parking is difficult.

The bed is very comfortable and the location is good, but if you have a car you may find some difficulties to park, once it is on the limited traffic zone of Olbia. So, just be careful to do not get a ticket. There is a free park close by, but depending on the time you arrive it will be full. The staff are nice and prompt to help, internet is also very good.

The only remark I can think of, is that the toilet was running water all the time, which was sometimes a bit annoying at night when you want to sleep.

The location of this B&B is very convenient, right in the main street of Olbia where you can find all restaurants, bars and shops. The host was very friendly and flexible, for if you need any assistance! The room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable!

The apartment was not as described, since the bathroom was private but separated from our bedroom - this is fine, but it should be made clear when booking. The main issue was that both the bathroom and the room had an odd odour, (most probably of humidity) which was covered with the smell of cleaning product.

The hotel is very conveniently located, and the beds are comfortable. The owner was very responsive and flexible.

There are few points: - the bathroom is separated from the room by a corridor (it was not told in advance) and it is quite inconfortable. - there is no place where to let the beach towels dry after a day the beach. - the bathroom is extremely small, more precisely the shower. There is no shower head, you have to take a full shower every time (body + hair) - the smell in the bathroom is very bad due to the drains and no window.

The place is very well located, if you are looking to stay in the city center or Olbia.

The room was old-fashioned and poorly furnished. It had an unpleasant smell, as did the bathroom, which was across the hallway, separate from the room, and smelled of mold. Dust was gathering on the shelves, and the towels had a chlorine scent. The bathroom door was difficult to unlock, and I couldn't lock it. When I turned on the air conditioning, it emitted a smell of decay, so I couldn't keep it on. The bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel every spring. I stayed in several apartments across Sardinia, and this one was by far the worst.

All of it! No contact from the host, appalling attitude. No service from your company either. Still awaiting a resolution, ie money back at the very least!

The host cancelled our booking en route on the day of our arrival and offered us a room 7.7km out of town. They claimed they had plumbing issues.when we refused the room they turned off their phone and left us sitting on their doorstep for over an hour. We had to book another room as it was now past 5pm and my husband has health issues. The property then messaged us saying we could have a sofa bed room after a late cancelllation. We explained that we had now taken a new hotel in town and we needed a refund. As yet neither the host or booking company have replied to my complaint. Terrible service all round.

- There were cockroaches in the entrance of the building, so not the best welcome to the place. - The bathroom had a moldy smell. - Other much nicer places are available for the same price.
