Staying four night at the hotel, I had a plan on eating at the hotel every night, but I didn’t experience the menus as designed for this. 6 courses was way too much, but cool that the option is available. For the main courses there was only 5 options and they all included meat (I’m a pesceterian). I truly wished the focus on the menu would be more sustainable with locally produced délicatesses.

The interior, the atmosphere, the hospitality, the three different seating areas for food/drinks, the room and a big bonus was the sauna house on the cold rainy days! The personal connection and authenticity of the staff was highly appreciated, especially one man in the bar asked questions on why I was in Italy and so on. These kind of interactions are more valuable than any polite phrase. I also appreciated the exception of lending me two small lamps for more careful lighting when having a bath. Very kind.

It is what is expected—a small luxury hotel! Excellent short-distance walk to the city center and train to the main Milan Shopping District. Staff was very well-mannered, and the deco of the entire hotel was like a home, so beautiful to see details with a personal touch. Very tasteful!

I am coming to this hotel since 20 years and it never fails to impress, Outstanding service and friendliness of personnel, the rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Restaurant Derby Grill perfect for business dinners. Best breakfast I had on my travels so far.

The location was wonderful. The room we had was very small. The shower was extremely small. We have been traveling in Italy for two months now and this was one of the smallest showers. For a small luxury hotel I would of expected the staff to be more attentive. For example no one offered to help us with our luggage. When we sat down for a snack and cocktail no one offered us a menu. It was little things like that. When it was check out time at noon our phone was ringing! We were literally heading out the door but I found that a bit rude! I don’t think I will be back to this hotel I didn’t find it to be worth the money.

This hotel is just a gem! Big thank you to Ricardo, Charley, John Carlo, Sonia, and another woman working the front desk (wish I got her name, she was lovely.) The decor, the cleanliness, the location, the breakfast and our dinner at The Derby Grill all were perfect. EVERYTHING was exemplary! The location is great, next to a HUGE gorgeous park and a short walking distance to the center of Monza.

Sorry nothing to complain

Everything went very very well. Already at check in I felt the warm atmosphere and the overall friendliness. Lunch at the restaurant was asome. Food selection and the service. The bar and Dinner added again to this. Thanks to Rebecca and other members of the restaurant team. A place where i like to come back any given time.

The only negative was the toilet flush, as it was difficult to turn it off completely. I would definitely return, as it was a memorable experience.

Beautiful hotel and furnishings. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Clean. Fresh towels daily if wanted. Right across the street from the Villa and gardens, and a 15-minute walk to town. Ate in both the bistro and the grill, and wonderful food and service in both. Breakfasts were plentiful and among other things, including fresh fruits, yogurts, breads, pastries, juices, eggs, and meats.
