Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.

Location is absolutely perfect - right in the middle of everything. We loved the room, beds and shower were great, breakfast also great - not too fancy, but everything you need for a tasty breakfast. The staff were friendly and super helpful with all our many questions about Venice and how to get around. We very much enjoyed the free trip to Murano as well.

A very small suggestion would be to have a second mirror outside of the bathroom area so that more than one person can be getting ready at once.

This hotel is in a perfect location that is very close to the centre but just tucked away nicely to be lovely and quiet. Everything is immaculately clean our room was bright and airy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay I would highly recommend.

Hotel has recently been refurbished to an excellent standard. The staff went over and above to assist with everything from advice and directions to making us feel super comfortable. Genuine little gem of a hotel. Also extremely close to a pier so no having to carry heavy luggage around.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Great communication from point of booking until we left the hotel. They organised transfer from and to the airport. A luxurious van picked us up followed by an equally fantastic taxi boat. Location was very handy. Staff was brilliant the whole time. They couldn’t do enough for you. All of them spoke perfect English. The hotel has a very nice simple decor. Our room was cleaned daily. The staff even organised a free trip to Murano to see how they make glass in the oldest factory on the island. Honestly couldn’t recommend it enough!

The room was small, compared to the hotel we stayed in the night before. There was noise from a motor coming from above our bed that woke us up early in the morning. One of the receptionists was a bit dismissive about the noise so I recorded it the following morning so he would believe me!

Our room (number 4) was at the top of the stairs so noise carried up from the dining area when they set up at night and in the morning. We also had a cleaning cupboard next to us which was in use often and was noisy. I would happily stay again but would request not to be in room 4 or 5. Otherwise it was great.

Location was great as we were central to most places. When dropped off on the water taxi from the airport we were right by the hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Breakfast gave a good amount of choice. Wifi was included and good coverage. There were some good restaurants close by but far enough for it to be quiet outside at night.
