Whilst the location is excellent, this is not a Hotel at all, it's one floor of a multipurpose building.

We didn’t know about the tourist tax until the very end. Unfortunately we had no cash so had to pay by card. We would be very happy to stay again.

Very helpful staff. Excellent location and beautiful rooms. Very fun old world lift. Excellent breakfast. Central location but also quiet off a busy street.

The hotel doesn't have a parking, so it recommends a parking that's located 200 m away and costs 30 euro/day. The bathroom doesn't correspond to 4 star bathroom.

The staff was great, there is 24/7 reception, the hotel has a good location close to most of the historical places.

The bathroom of room number 8 is not a 4 stars standard. To be improved.

Wi-fi inexistent (did not work in the room 99% of time), poor breakfast choice (99% were sweets), the toilet needed a special type of push to flush

Shower was small - but clean and with excellent pressure and hot water

Excellent breakfast with lots of options and choice. Hotel location was very good - near to Metro and 15 min walk from main station. Good local places to eat and lots of atmosphere in the historical quarter. Loved the old style lift and courtyard.

EXCELLENT LOCATION BUT A BIT NOISY AS OUR ROOM OVERLOOKED BUSY ROAD AND AIRCON DIDN'T ALWAYS WORK. sTAFF WERE VERY FROIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND THE BREAKFAST WAS SIMPLE BUT GOOD AND THEY KINDLY PACKED US A BREAKFAST WHEN WE WERE LEAVING EARLY

The A/C was poor and the mildew in the shower tray could be quickly eradicated with spray!

Location great but noisy on St Gennero’s day. Room fine, bathroom well equipped, reception staff particularly helpful especially Miss Asia. The hotel is a little antiquated but fine.

The hotel listed a shuttle for the airport, but they actually book a cab that you have to pay. The mention of the shuttle was misleading.

We were able to check in early and the room was very clean. The people working there were very welcoming and helpful.

After I left the hotel, I discovered that the hotel had deducted three nights from my account, although I only stayed two nights. A day later, I called the hotel and told them. They said we have returned the money to your account, and the amount will appear after a few days.

comfy bed - quiet area breakfast, mostly sweets I booked individual reservations for two nights, and when I arrived at the hotel at one o'clock at night, we agreed that we would stay in the same room for two nights, but not in the morning.But in the morning the matter was different. We had to embarrass the bags and get out of the room. We put the bags in the reception. Suddenly, when we came back at three o'clock in the afternoon, we found the bags in the same room in which we had previously stayed.
