The bathroom was a bit tired and the shower over the bath a bit tricky to use for anyone over about 173cm (5'8") without having to stoop over or get water everywhere. Also, the staff were generally very good, apart from one morning when they attempted to charge us for our included breakfast and there was no apology. It's a minor issue but it took more effort than it should have to get it resolved.

We booked a room to be allocated on arrival and were pleased to be given a large room with a view over the adjacent canal (even if the view itself wasn't that special it made it clear that we were in Venice!). The bed was large and comfortable and we both slept well for the 4 nights we were here. Breakfast didn't have the widest choice but the food was plentiful and of good quality. The location, a few minutes walk from San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, was excellent - with plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions on the doorstep.

The hotel is in an amazing position a 6 min walk in the middle of st marks square and The Rialto bridge, with lots of lovely food and shops around. The staff were amazing very helpful and friendly. The rooms were cute although the pillows were on the hard side but staff brought us soft pillows when asked. Breakfast had a nice range of food.

The breakfasts were sufficient, although served in a small room with low ceilings - which wasn't always comfortable, especially when it was crowded, it felt a bit cramped.

My daughter and I stayed for 4 days in early April 2024. The hotel is conveniently located - truly in the heart of the city, yet on a fairly clean and quiet street. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our inquiries. The room was cozy, everything was clean and fresh, and we had an excellent view from the 4th floor.

Excellent location, and if you have big luggage, hire the porter service, which is more affordable than taxi. Very friendly staff. Canal view and you can watch gondolas pass by, but expect to climb up a flight of stairs to room. Staff helped with the luggage up and down, which was great.

The room was beautiful with nice high ceiling and spacious bathroom. They had the 2 beds we requested, 2 chairs for the table and another seating option for the table. It was just off of a busy location, perfect spot! The staff were amazing, they could not have been more helpful! We received an upgrade when we arrived and it was to a room with a balcony (looked to be the largest balcony in the area which as a nice surprise)

I think it miss some coffee machine, kettle in the room. The check out was at 11:00 and at the exact time the phone in the room rang to tell us to come ( we were 5 min late), because they were going to take the deposit ... For the final payement (tax) the personal was not as nice as we arrived.

Bedroom was roomy (bed, couch, table with two chairs). Views from bedroom and bathroom was sooo nice - roofs of Venice ! Bathroom was also pretty big with all accessories needed (towels ( 3 different sizes), shower gel, shampoo, slipper). The bed was comfy. The cleaning ladies came every day. When we arrived, personal gave us list of nice restaurant around.

Bathroom equipment was poor. Bath and sink plugs not operative. Toilet flush was broken (repaired quickly when reported, however!) . Toilet dirty under the rim.
