The room never cooled down. They had a fan that helped but it was not cool. Also, the water was either cold or lukewarm for the shower.

Super friendly staff. Very near the train station (Firenze SMN) and a few minute walk to the main tourist spots. The room and bathroom were very huge and clean with high ceilings. Very fast internet speed.

The hotel is very close to the train station which means that you get to encounter strange characters on the way to and from the hotel, not just at night but even mid day. There is quite a walk to the main sites which is not an issue but to be honest, even though everything went well, I did not feel the safest walking in that area. Housekeeping staff did a very good job. Just a small suggestion to pay attention to detail, such as for example once our toilet paper was not replaced even though it was finished and coffee/tea sachets were sometimes not replenished.

The hotel is very nice and staff at reception were able to assist us with all the queries we had, including booking a taxi for us. The room was spacious, very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. I personally appreciated the body wash, shampoo and hand wash by Acqua dell'Elba provided in the bathroom which was a very luxurious touch. Bathroom was clean and spacious, and towels were changed every day. Breakfast offered an ample choice every morning, which included mini pancakes, bread, meats and cheese, cereal, yoghurts, cakes, juices, coffees and teas, etc. Plenty of channels offered on tv and the room also had a safe and a mini fridge. No noise could be heard from outside and in fact we slept very comfortably. Tea and coffee making facilities also provided in the room. Wifi was very good. Overall our stay was comfortable and we really enjoyed it.

Property is close to the train, if you’re traveling that way. There is on site parking for a fee, which is fantastic. Breakfast is very good and well worth including food a stay. The rooms are very clean and contemporary. It’s a very reasonable walk to most sights and attractions, but removed enough for a quiet night’s sleep. The staff are exemplary. Warm, Kim’s, professional and friendly. This is the special something that makes this a place I wouldn’t hesitate to revisit. Thank you!

The shower was a bit difficult. The glass panel used to minimize splatter was rather slim, so there was usually quite a bit of overspray from our showers on the bathroom floor. The shower space itself was rather tight.

Really happy about the location as it was just a few minutes walk from the train station. The room was very nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The service was professional and courteous. Breakfast was good. We stayed in room 108, which had an interesting small door to the bathroom that required you to step down. Tall people would need to watch their heads.
