The shower was really small! I mean small!!!! No air-condition in the room but had a portable air blowing machine.

Breakfast was mainly sweets/ cakes. There are some salami and fresh tomatoes. The hotel was close to metro and a few restaurants around and supermarkets. There is an elevator but only for residents so don't pack too much!.

Breakfast was too many cakes and not enough ‘healthy stuff’ but great if you have a sweet tooth! Access at night was fine though note (1) when you ring the bell on the street they don’t answer but just ‘buzz’ the door to open it. So wait for the buzz and push. 2) You then have to cross the courtyard and go up to the first floor through a sliding door that opens for you. So it’s not a ‘straight into reception from the street’ place.

The location is great. The people are helpful and accomodating. The hotel is decent. Its a typical Milan italy design. I will come back and recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is located on one floor of an ordinary house in the old quarter of Milan, the hotel itself is very old, there has been no renovation for a long time, the rooms are tiny. Out of habit, the mattress may seem hard. From 7 am, guests and cleaning staff walk around, knocking on doors, and the audibility through the door is maximum. Hot water in the bathroom does not come out immediately after turning it on and you need to wait. Mostly sweets for breakfast.

The hotel is located 1 minute walk from the metro. By metro 15 minutes to the center and 20 to the train stations. Friendly service at the reception. The window of my room looked out onto the courtyard, it was nice, woody, and quiet.

Small but comfortable hotel not far away from the city center. The cost of stay is almost equal for all types of rooms, but the rooms themselves differ from one to another significantly. As for me, the best option is to choose “matrimoniale” type - its area is 1.5 times bigger than the “single” one, but the cost is almost the same. Big plus - all employees are very friendly and helpful, thanks a lot!

I got a room with many insects that looked like bedbugs, it was a horrible night. I couldn't sleep at all. I asked to the staff if I could get another room, but it was full, so they just changed my blankets. Hopping for this to help, I stayed in the same room, but after some time the bedbugs went out again and they bite me. I stayed awake for more time with the lights on and even like that the insects bite me again. I went with the staff again, and fortunately they had an empty room, it wasn't clean because the guest had just checked out, but I preferred to sleep in an unclean bed than not sleep at all. I don't recommend you to stay at least if they give you the room 104, first ask if they have already fumigate. I didn't make a scene, but I was hopping they gave another solution, like a refund or something. I will no stay or recommend this hotel again just because of this situation.

well … even the arrival is not great, an hotel located on the first floor on an inside courtyard of an old building … Furniture is quite outdated. Breakfast is ok, adequate to the 3 star rating of the hotel, but it is not acceptable to continue to use plastic cups
