We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ChinaA great hotel at a perfect location, away from tourist crowds but still just 10 min to Duomo and about 20 min to Central train station by metro. Metro station is right behind the corner. There are also some supermarkets, restaurants and bars around. Need to mention their breakfasts which I enjoyed a lot. A good variety of options and everything tastes just perfect. The stuff both at the front desk and at the bar are really welcome and kind. Staying here again for sure.

The location is excellent — just 6 minutes by metro from the Duomo and very close to everything you might need. The staff were outstanding: friendly, helpful, and always available. A special thanks to Mohamed at the reception — he was incredibly kind and professional. The hotel was very clean, with daily housekeeping and great attention to detail. In short: I highly recommend this place. It’s worth every cent and made our Milan visit even more enjoyable.

United KingdomI thought everything was great. The breakfast could have had slightly more options, but we did come down at 9:55am when it was winding down, so that's probably our fault in fairness. But here were still eggs and toast, fruit and fruit juices. And delicious coffee.
The staff were brilliant - so friendly and helpful. They couldn't have been nicer. Loved the coffee and the room was huge. Also PERFECT location for the spa and just a couple of stops from the Duomo on the tube.
