We only stayed one night at this family-run hotel, but the staff were welcoming and helpful, providing us with useful information on how to get to the Unipol Forum. The room was spotless, with a spacious bathroom. It was in a very quiet area with no night-time noise.

Our experience at this property was truly disappointing due to the incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior of the owner's wife. After an early flight, we arrived at the hotel simply to drop off our bags. As we approached, the owner’s wife came over on entrance gate, visibly irritated, and asked why we were there. We explained that we had a reservation and only wanted to leave our bags, but she immediately started shouting, "NO, NO, NO, you can't come now, it's too early Go Now!" Despite our attempts to clarify, she continued yelling, leaving us feeling completely unwelcome. Throughout our stay, every interaction with the staff felt uncomfortable, as they were consistently loud and unfriendly. Coming from the UK, where courteous and respectful interactions are standard, this treatment was especially disappointing. On the day of checkout, the owner’s wife called us early in the morning, once again shouting, “Checkout! Checkout!” The entire experience lacked any sense of hospitality or politeness. I sincerely hope this review reaches management and encourages them to treat their guests with the respect and courtesy they deserve. However, I would like to acknowledge the owner’s husband, who was incredibly polite and courteous throughout our stay. Message to the Owner (husband): If you want this hotel to succeed, consider either keeping your wife away from guest interactions or helping her learn how to treat customers with respect and politeness. I’m leaving a 7-star rating solely because of his kindness.

There was not enough soap and shampoo. Breakfast was very basic, no options to choose.

There was parking downstairs from the building, the room was very comfortable, there is an elevator and the reception girl was very nice and helped us to use the facilities.

The location is a bit far from the centre You need about 4.2 € go and come back one metro and a bus the bus 64 park about 5 mins walk the hotel ..so if you are couple and staying more then one night I recomand to save the transport fare and book in the centre or get the one day ticket or 3 days transport ticket ... One more thing they offer me to keep my luggage till 5 pm and that was an issue for me cause I had bus to Strasburg by 1 am and that really annoyed me ...

The bathroom is spacious, but...the shower cabin is small and non-conforming, the shower is fixed in the wall and very impractical. Breakfast is the weakest point of this pleasant hotel.

Run by a smiling, gracious family who double up as the warm, super friendly staff. Always ready with great advice on local travel, transport and restaurants. Even organised their own car and driver to drive me around for my meetings at much lesser than the cab fare for the same distance.

Too much difference colour ,they should reduce the room colour to neutral plain white, there is too much furniture in the room ,no need for the shoe rack, no need for the bath foam mat, no but rather they should provide at least hot water kettle for each room for privacy, Because me and my friend stay 3nigth by the time we came back the reception has close and couldn't get hot water which is not fear

Staff's english language was poor and hard to communicate and for entrance to the hotel facility after midnight you have to call by phone to inform that you are at the gate.

The walls were quite thin so the guests could hear each other. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room or a common friddge.

Gino, Lucia and the rest of their team were amazing and were very helpful with everything. The room and bathroom were great and we really liked the neighbourhood! It had everything we needed -- supermarket, restaurants, park, laundromat etc.

At 540am when I tried to exit the property all the gates were locked and I was unable to exit. Not the best start when you have a National train to catch early in the morning. I called reception about 4 times to no availability. Eventually someone released the door 10 minutes later. After complaining to the hotel they told me that I should have pressed the door release button and that it’s not their fault. I walked around the entire property trying to exit the gates and I couldn’t see any buttons. How does one see hidden buttons in the dark. No lights, no signs, no information shared about exiting the property. Overall extremely frustrating. Apparently the hotel has been active for 14 years and this has never happened. If this is the case then jeez i must be blind!!

Takes a bit of time to get to the centre, since this hotel is not within metro area. Still, it's not too bad, there is a bus that gets you within that zone in about 15 mins

Staff is very friendly. Rooms were decent, spacious and had a good wifi connection. Free parking is easy to find on the street.
