Extremely Hard Smell in the Room. It is similar to Hostel I would say rather than proper Hotel.

The in room bathroom was small and there was no light, and litle water in the shower. And there were some other stuff that was in bad condition. And the shared bathroom smelled bad and was dirty.

We got a bigger room than we order, that was nice. It was really close to the train station.

Very hot inside the room. No air conditioning except 2 fans. No internet. The room toilet door is made of plastic and works like a curtain. There was a cockroach in the toilet. No TV set.

Hotel is nearby Venice Central Station. It takes 5-7 minutes to go.

Our room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. There was someone’s clothes left in the closet. I booked a quad room for our family with. Queen and two singles, we got four singles.

it was close to the train station and grocery store. The staff was friendly and kind. The sheets and towels were very clean and the bed was comfortable. They made sure our room had a working fan since there was no air conditioning.

I did not like that the people at the front desk asked us to give them our room key after we put our belonging in it, that seemed very sketchy to me. I did not like how dirty the hotel was.

I really liked the location of this property. It was really close to the train station and a bus stop that took you into Venice in only 15 minutes!

I didn't love the super small shower, I've never seen anything that small, you cannot move inside the shower. The shower was not a big deal, we could still take a shower. What really bothered me it was that the wifi did not work in the bedroom. We were told it only works on he lobby. When your cellphone company is from the US , using your own internet can be pricy, so I just think that they need to make it more clear that the rooms don't have wifi. Anyhow, for the price specially in Mestre, it was a great deal ( $90 for a room with 3 beds for me, husband and 7 yo) . We had to get a last minute room due to our flight being overbooked. Can't beat that! Overall I would still book them again just because of the price and location.

The place is great for the price, I loved the beds and the size of the room. It is not a 5 star Hilton, but for that price is way more than enough to sleep and relax. The staff is friendly and the location is amazing. 5 minutes walk from a bus station and 10 min walk from train station.

No Wi-Fi in the room , shower is very small

The staff was friendly and the place was clean, great for the price . I didn’t like that the Wi-Fi did not work in the room only in the lobby. The price was great and so location. It would be perfect with Wi-Fi. Don’t expect a 5 start Marriot. But it is decent . 3 minutes walking from the bus station and 19 min walking from the train station.

A hike up three flights of stairs with suitcases is never fun, but sometimes you just have to do it...

Great location close to Mestre FS, friendly staff, clean and fresh bed linen/towels, shower with excellent pressure - and at a very reasonable budget price. After reading some pretty horrifying reviews I had some serious reservations, but it really was perfectly fine.

The whole building need to repair

Staff very friendly but the room is bad room is smell of smoker and there is no blower anyway the reception lend us a portable blower and the whole istructure is need to ristore the whole buikding specially the rooms and batrooms ,the area is not too safe the only things is nice is the near Venice just 15 min. by the bus and you are there at Venice Center
