My room itself was rather dated in its decor but the view from the balcony was lovely and the bathroom was very nice.

It is an exceptionally beautiful hotel with exquisite service. The pools and gardens are breathtaking and the food was always delicious and varied during my full board stay. All of the staff were delightful and gracious and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

this property is a modernised belle epoque “Grand” hotel right in the middle of Abano Terme but because it is in the pedestrian zone it is very quiet. aWe stayed in a junior suite which is really a very large room with comfortable bed , armchairs etc and a good bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle . We had a balcony with table and chairs overlooking a pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful with good cooked options and the usual buffet . There is outdoor space for breakfast which is pleasant too. We ate dinner twice at the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service . There is a half board option available which we had not taken but it does seem possible to est there each evening without being bored .We also used the spa for mud and massage treatments and these were really excellent too. All the hotel pools are filled with thermal spa water and they are set in plesanalty manicured grounds. We were there for a long weekend and didn’t feel much need to leave the hotel but when we did we were very conveniently located for the town centre .Shops there are surprisingly nice for a small town. All in all we would recommend this hotel and town.

Personal was excellent. Well-trained (respect to the manager), friendly, attentive, and polite. Everything is next to perfect. Two friendly suggestions. Wifi needs to be improved. It is below the world standard. Breakfast promised pickled fish (salmon) in meny but it was absent. Generally, I will return next year!!!

It is as hard to find the parking area as the GPS on the IPhone is old. There is a pedestrian walk way there now.

Outstanding hotel! Super clean, extremely friendly staff, great food and top of the line amenities. We travel to many great hotels through the year, and this time we had an unusual special request and the team and the super hotel director handled it outstandingly - excellent 5 star treatment was given to us! I highly recommend this hotel, true 5 stars in anything they do, we loved it and we will come back!

Dated spa facilities and non functioning facilities, need better maintenance. Also, it would be nice to have free water in the spa area, only option is to purchase water at high prices.

The water in the pools may be a bit hotter. It was December, not June. The water massage facilities may be more diverse.

Historical hotel, 19 century interier, very nice. Friendly staff. Great location in the middle of Abana Terme promenade. Delicious food for the dinner.

The staff at restaurant/bistro gave us a reservation at 1400 and showed at 1330 expecting to eat lunch food but they waited until 1400 and told us we missed the deadline, we could only eat bistro food. That was a disappointment. No clear communication maybe because of limited memorized English. The outdoor restaurant should be expanded. People are seated too close to other tables because of the small size.

Reception staff were helpful. This could be the best hotel in the best location in Abano Terme.
