The highest level of all details, the team hospitality was amazing. Very quick check in and very helpful team, and room was very clean, neat and luxurious details, team was very generous to upgrade our room to offer more comfortable stay and location was very near to water bus station and all sightseeings , breakfast was amazing and all buffet items was amazing,

Cleaning staff didn’t clean the room to an expected standard, empty glasses from complimentary drinks were left in the room and not taken away.

Our first floor room (105) has a bathroom window overlooking the La Porta d’Acqua restaurant and the terrace of restaurant next door and also the street of the grand canal, unfortunately there is only a thin curtain at the window, so when it’s dark outside and the light is on inside, then there is a lack of privacy. I had to take a shower without the light on. I did speak directly to the staff about this during checkout. It’s a minor detail, but a window blind would be beneficial. Everything else during our stay was perfect.

Location, quiet comfortable room, tea & coffee making facilities, we had a junior suite with canal view on the 1st floor. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage space. Breakfast choice is very good and the breakfast service staff were exceptional, very attentive, efficient, professional and friendly.

I loved the location, the view over the grand canal, the decor in the room, the room was smallish but more than adequate and very comfortable. I also loved the roof top bar overlooking the Grand Canal. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is very good, two vaporetto stops nearby (one without stairs/bridges), rooms felt very clean and seemed newly renovated. Bed very comfortable! Breakfast really good!! Staff overall was very friendly (one of the front desk clerks, Sofia, was specially kind)

Everything was excellent, no feedback for a better stay.

We reserved the Junior Suite on the canal and it was exceptional with the most gorgeous view of the canal and a sunset view from our bed.

The shower leaked around the door and some water got on to the floor.

The location is perfect. The property is decorated beautifully and is well-maintained. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast room and rooftop bar were lovely.

The facilities of the hotel there was a terrace bar on the roof top where we were all able to meet up. The staff that managed the bar were excellent. Location was good lots of restaurants that the locals frequented that served excellent food
