Very small rooms and tiny elevator. Lobby is on the fourth floor in an obscure building and there was no one at the entrance to help with suitcases or to guide where to go

Whilst there is a lift up to the hotel, some of the rooms are down steep stairs from reception so be sure to ask when booking if you need something accessible without stairs. The staff are also happy to help with your bags.

Great hotel, right in the heart of the town, yet high above so not too noisy. You access the hotel by a quaint little lift up through the building - so you are level with the roof of the Duomo - so great views out. The hotel has a balcony you can sit out on and enjoy the bustle of the town below. There is coffee and cake available all day and the staff are very helpful.

I didn’t like about it was the heater is way too high. I am sweating sleeping and I couldn’t sleep because of the heater was in a blast like I feel like I’m in sauna.

The location is a very convenient and easy to go around.

Fantastic location in the heart of historic Florence. The view of the Duomo from the balcony couldn’t be beaten. It was great to be able to walk to all the major attractions and then be able to take a break back in the lounge with a drink (for free) before heading out again in the evening.The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

First of all we were allotted rooms one floor above the reception which had no elevator. We had to carry our luggage through a very narrow staircase. Secondly the second room allotted to us was very tiny and corner shaped room. There was no space to move around and the beds had huge gaps between headboard and pillows. That can’t be a proper hotel room when I am paying for it full price.

The location is the best. Right next to Duomo. Walking distance from the railway station

It just gets noisy at night, but that’s to be expected when you’re in the center of the action. I would have appreciated better window coverings, especially in the bathroom.

One of the employees had their dog roam the dining hall, it was weird. Both the toilet seat and and button for flushing were broken.

Beautifully cantered hotel, walking distance to many sights, museums, restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. The sight of Duomo is truly breathtaking.

There was no view from my room, but the view from the breakfast cafe was worth it!

You genuinely cannot find a better location in all of Florence. Incredible view from the breakfast place. There was also a coffee and water station that was available the whole time, which is very cost efficient! I also liked that there was an elevator.
