Hotel was easy to find. The location was perfect just 15 minutes walk to the old town. The hotel served delicious breakfast that was included in the cost of the room.

The breakfast could have been more varied in terms of cheeses, vegetables, egg-based foods, etc., but for 3 days of my stay it was ok. The room was facing the street with a lot of traffic, especially in the mornings, with the window open it could get noisy. They also have a terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee, but it looked like it could use some renovation.

Overall, I had a nice stay there. The personnel at the reception were very helpful and friendly, they had a room ready earlier than anticipated and helped with the taxi service when I checked out. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is also within 20 minutes walking distance of the city center.

Our room (late booked for the Arena Verona booked out) was on the road side, too warm with an AC unit that was inadequate.Too noisy with windows open. We would stay there again if necessary but book a room at the back.

Everything about Hotel Italia was very serviceable and clean. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. Location to Arena area is a 10-15 walk and very acceptable.

Just only the coffee will be better. We would like to drink real italian espresso, but it was not tasty. We apologise to the staff on this occasion too! Everything else was very delicious!

The lack of the availability of an evening meal and the fact there isn't a bar.

I have stayed at this hotel before, then pre pandemic times evening meals were available but that is not the case now, now it is an upmarket B&B. Twenty minute walk into the centre of Verona but it is in a quiet location and the staff very friendly.

The hotel was perfect by all aspects. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was walking distance from the center of Verona. The breakfast was also pretty good.

there was no noise from outside as we had room facing inner courtyard, but we could hear every noise from corridor or cleaning in other rooms. Not big deal if get up early. breakfast was very good in terms of quality but quantity of some products could be increased as it was hard to get some of them after 9am

Rooms are a bit worn down. Not very child friendly. The extra charges for pets,cots,spa and parking are very high compared to similar price hotels.

Everything was fine, but it just felt a tiny bit penny-pinching. So a tea try in the room was an extra €5 per day. And it was not cheap anyway.

Efficient and polite staff, good room, good location about 15 mins walk from the old city centre. Breakfast very good, but it was not self service - you had to ask for everything. So while there was no limit, portions were being controlled (even little packs of butter)
