The location is great, very close to Trevi Fountain l, like 15-20 min on foot. The room is a little bit small, but the bathroom is ok. I recommend this accommodation.

Good location, nice staff, the balcony was very nice also to have a glass of wine and look at the beautiful buildings of the city from above (5th floor). I love the fact that the iron was easy to reach and the iron table.

The building site opposite, but I did get used to it, and at least it means that you are not overlooked.

My room was very spacious and light. it was not overlooked by anything, but there is a big building site across the road. I thought it would be noisy, but they only work for a couple of hours each morning, so it didn’t disturb me, and I got used to the rather strange view.

The funcitonal upkeep of the units is very poor.. there were leaks in the washrooms (stayed in two rooms during the stay). The outlets were burnt out, which made it really scary when charging devices... and the whole system they have with the toilets is so old and smelly. Could use an upgrade. && one room had caffinated coffee. The other one had decaf.... very odd.

I liked how friendly the staff were. Very helpful and available when needed. The room with a balcony had a cute little view, and it was great to grab breakfast and come enjoy it on the balcony. Staff noticed the amount of luggage & gave me a larger room to accommodate for half the stay. Excellent service from staff.

The boiler for the heating and probably hot water was in the room, kept going on and off so kept we kept waking during the night.

the 5 flights of stairs leading up to the rooms! there is a small lift, however I get claustrophobic and when I tried to use on the first night the door wouldn’t open when I got to the ground floor so I had to go back up to the first floor to get out. the bed was a little hard for my liking but that’s more down to personal preference

good price for Rome with good location. 15 minute walk from trevi fountain. very quiet so good to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city

the place, the building, the view from the little balcony, the hostesses were amazing and very helpful.. the fact that check in and out time was flexible by contacting the hostesses. the money and the accomondation were totally worth it.

The location was really nice, there was a nice café right below the building with quite good food. It was easy to get around, the staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean, nice bathroom and a really nice view.

There is no breakfast, i really appreciate having my morning coffee.

The manager was very professional, I paid for 2 nights in advance but I couldn't make it for the first night. even though the refund policy didn't allow me to get my money back for the 1st night. the manager understood my situation and gave me back the money I paid in my first night. totally respect the staff team.

Room is a bit small. Front door of the room must be somehow improved, as we could see the light from the entrance below the door, but also hear the noise.

Really good location...we walked to downtown and colosseum. The owner left water and coke in the fridge...it served good after the long trip We also had the oporrunity to leave our bags after the check out...

The walls are like paper - when people are talking you may as well be in the same room. Not good when people come back late and are loud and inconsiderate!!

The room was clean and comfortable. In a lovely area and easy to walk to main attractions in 30-40 mins. The staff were helpful and friendly.
