No kettle in the bedroom - only available drinks were bottles of water in the room fridge, which were charged for. The lack of carpets meant that noise was amplified if people were walking around at night but this didn’t happen often.

Location was perfect - within a short walk of the centre but not noisy, and walkable from the coach stops and Porta Susa station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is located in the center, about 7 minutes walk to Palazzo Reale. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was tasty.

Sometimes, during the night, the courtyard got a little noisy.

Located a few minutes walk away from the centre with a number of bus stops close by. Rooms were spacious and well lit, with a balcony overlooking a courtyard. Staff were kind and helpful.

Bathroom very modern and stylish but wc had triangular seat and too high unless you are 2 metres tall, which made using it awkward for me at 1.7 metres tall and not having a triangular shaped bottom. Modern design no thabk you

The location was ideal for access to a lo of the city sights. Breakfast was tasty, plenty and efficient staff. Ha dy to have a restaurant next door after a tiring day exploring.

Had to hand in the key everytime I left the building. It was really heavy so no way I would forget. Breakfast could have had a wider savoury selection. Single room was a bit cell like so not good for a stay of more than 2 nights.

Perfect central location. All the main central sites and metro station within 10 minutes walk. Adjacent restaurant offered 10% off for hotel guests. Carrefour express opposite was helpful and a couple of minutes up the street was this amazing Pizzeria Amata. Friendly efficient service at reception. Breakfast was good value considering all inclusive price with a wide selection of cakes.

Little bit noisy at night but not too bad.

Central city location handy for major sites. 20 minutes walk from train station and airport shuttle bus stop. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean room with shower room. Overlooking internal courtyard. Good restaurant attached to hotel with discount for guests. Ok breakfast.

The hotel's restaurant wasn't that good. The shower and toilet were so tiny that they were hard to use.

The room was beautiful and perfectly clean. The breakfast was good as well, although I wished there had been more salty options. The location couldn't have been better. I visited during winter, but the room was nice and warm!

The breakfast area is very small for the number of guests.

It is a great,ovation in the centre of Turin. Lots of shops nearby and a short walk to plenty of of bars and restaurants.

The Internet was very uneven the first two days it worked right the last three days it didn’t work. The breakfast menu was the same every day and that got a bit monotonous.

The single bed felt very small and even short (I am 172 cm, not really tall).

Good location, very clean, good internet connection. A bit hot, but I slept with the window open. Breakfast is ok, though nothing special.
