This property is located in a very good location of you are planning day trips to Bologna, Modena and food tasting activities in the Emilia Romagna region. The family that runs this property are extremely welcoming and always available to help out with anything, including recommendations for the local area. The room was extremely clean, breakfast was decent and importantly the property has a very good restaurant that can come in handy after a long day trip. The property is also located in front of a picturesque valley and has some nice nature trails close by.

The staff was nice and always tried to accommodate our needs. However, at times we did not feel that welcome, little smile goes a long way.

The rooms are specious enough for a short stay. I would say the best part is the location and the view from the rooms. Great price point and the restuarant is just amazing.

At first, a bit difficult to figure out where to enter. The bed was rather hard, not comfortable.

The views are inspiring! The ambiance is warm & welcoming. We loved our room decor, and special design features of the bathroom. Dinner: caramelized pear appetizer was amazing. Roast pork also delicious. All well prepared and beautifully presented with generous portions. Breakfast also delicious…fresh pastries, fruit & eggs cooked as you like them.

Also, the position is right out of Bologna and at 20 minutes from airport but enough to be immersed in the nature and "Colli Bolognesi".

Wish there was a net next to the pool to clean out the bugs from the pool. Don’t even need someone to do this, just in case guests want to grab some before they get in.

Very zen place. Great place to stay for rest and relaxation. Incredible views. The restaurant is AMAZING. My husband says best meal of 2023 he’s had. The view from the pool chairs is incredible.

I have no complaints at all!

This property is exceptional! The views are so breathtaking and the staff so hospitable that leaving the property to sightsee was actually difficult. The property is located near many wineries and an easy drive to Bologna and Modena. There are many fantastic restaurants nearby but the restaurant at the hotel is so good you really don't need to venture off. The entire property is very clean and comfortable. My entire group was very impressed with our stay!

Everything. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and it is a great place to stay if you want to visit the Maranello Ferrari museum. The breakfast one of the best we had in Italy. The restaurant for dinner had a great atmosphere with delicious food.

-well, the owners are not as welcoming as from other hotels/agritourismos, but they are fast and professionell> We have not had any problems 😊 -breakfast could be improved > if you want to eat healthy, it is a bit difficult 😅 I would recommend to add some spreads (vegetarian and/or vegan) , a bigger variety of cereals and some vegetables like tomatoes, paprika, cucumber… > You only get one hot drink per breakfast and per person. If you want more, you have to pay 🙈 > You only get one savoury item (eggs, ham, cheese, bacon…) per breakfast per person. If you want more, you have to pay for it 🙈 -rooms are poorly soundproofed, but for us it was not a big problem. After 22:00 all the guests/kids sleep you can sleep as well 😃

Just worth mentioning that you probably need a car to reach the accommodation and explore the surrounding area.

Lovely stay in the Italian countryside among vineyards. The pool is perfect after a long hot day. Quite good located for all the different food experiences in the area. Also highly recommend the restaurant.
