The bathroom was oldish and the breakfast area was not cozy.

I liked the styling of the room. The view from window was very beautiful to Rialto bridge

The location is unbeatable - right on the Rialto Bridge, which made for an unforgettable stay in Venice. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the wonderful young staff member who helped us carry our heavy suitcases up the many flights of stairs after our long journey; such a kind gesture that made all the difference.

Room was a little dingy, not decorated like the pictures showed. Some very dodgy plug situations going on too - multiple plug sockets going into one adaptor which looked very worrying.

The breakfast can have a better mix, everyday it was repetitive, and travellers like to try out new things.

We loved the location obviously, but most importantly, the helpful and goof natured staff.

It said "sound proof" rooms as part of facilities. However we had to complain at least twice about the noise coming from floor above late at night. Not sound proof at all.

Location was amazing. Right on the canal. Room was spacious as well. Service was fantastic. Breakfast included which was also great.

The rooms were a bit old and small. The alley where our windows exited were quite loud throughout the night.

The location was phenomenal as we were close to many attractions. The breakfast was impeccable. A perfect balance between an Italian breakfast of pastries/sweets and cold cuts, and a western breakfast of eggs, bacon, beans and sausage.

VENICE- BEWARE PICKPOCKETS !!

Location, location, right next to Rialto Bridge.. Fabulous breakfast for westerners, best in Europe! And lovely breakfast room and vintage decor throughout. Very helpful Martina on front desk. Store luggage. Fridge in room.

- No heating and the room was freezing! I woke up with a sore throat - plenty of noise from outside so not sound proof - the fridge makes lots of noises in the evening and couldnt sleep from the fridge in room

We had reserved 2 rooms, each for 4 person. However, there was 3 bed in each room. By asking the hotel, they put a crib in the room by the second day, but anyway, the room was too small for 4 person. The A/C was not working on first day. We opened windows, but then, because of mosquitos, the first night was very uncomfortable. The A/C system were producing a noise every couple of minutes, which during the night was a bit embrassing.

The location is very central, with a great accessibility, however if you should expect the crowd, as it is super central! The rooms was clean, and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was OKish. The coffees from coffee machine were terrible, but by asking the staff, they made coffees from an espresso machine inside the kitchen, which was good.

We arrived late at night and were met by a very nice gentleman Andrea, everything straight forward. I was disappointed with our room, nothing like the photos, but it was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly. Breakfast was plentiful but unfortunately the hot food was only barely warm. Location was excellent right beside Rialto Bridge, so very central. All round, I would certainly recommend Marconi Hotel.

If you have luggage it may be a hassle; hotel entrance has a huge (sometimes unnoticeable) step. Only stairs no elevator.

Great Location next to Rialto bridge. Great staff offer to keep ur luggage safe till the time of your departure from Venice, so that u can enjoy the last day luggage-free. Walking distance from everywhere. Breakfast buffet .

Noisy at times, the building echoes noise. The breakfast was a tribute to over processed products & the coffee machine produced awful coffee.
