The "fitness area" is one treadmill, one elliptical, and one bicycle. The sauna and steam room is only open 2 hours / day in the afternoon (but they were willing to run them for us, with a 30 minute overhead). And the pool is on the rooftop, so not available always. Now, the problem with these "amenities" is that they drive up the price of the hotel, unjustifiably in this case :(

highlights: 1) really good breakfast, both in quality and variety. 2) location. 3) bed comfort. The staff were incredibly helpful. We complained about a party in the next room, and they dealt with it!

Pool was still closed for the season. Air conditioning not allowed by government at this date.

Metro station outside the door - 15 minutes into centre. 20 mins from Linate airport. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and room.

The price was a little high.

We did not like the staff during the breakfest. They are speaking with visitors not nice. Also, the breakfest was quite poor.- you need to ask and wait for refill, otherwise there is not to much, what to eat. We would recommend do not order room with breakfest there.

We like the lobby and bar staff. Also the hotel infrastructure and location, the room size and the modern style.

My only dislike was the fact that there were 4 of us staying in the room but only enough drinks facilities (cups, coffee, sugar) for 2.

Removal of the plant in middle of balcony and put some chairs and small table would be nice.

Location is great, right above a subway station. Won't get wet even when it's raining. Room is a bit too dark for my liking. Breakfast is basic yet adequate.

The room area is somehow small and tight but it is comfortable.

Located near Metro station which is helping in transfer to Domu and other areas. The rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are helpful. There is a parking available at the hotel with charge. Also there is a nearby (100 M) public parking building in case hotel parking is full. Overall, it was excellent stay at the hotel.

Junior suite was not suitable for 4 adults very expensive for room

We booked 3 rooms 2 being Junior Suites for 4adults per room definitely not for 4adults had to have fold up bed put in room as manager wouldn’t do anything and for nearly £400 a night per room this was unexceptable

The shower was located at a very odd angle with water spraying everywhere as soon as it was turned in - this was evidenced by the water damage on the bottom of the wooden bathroom door
