There are no enough parking spots in hotel parking but this is not big issue since in surrounding streets there are enough parking places.

Location is great in city center. Receptionist was very helpful and supported us to find doctor for our kid.

All was good.

The location. Lovely breakfast with huge choice, including eggs and bacon, a rarity in Italy! Excellent stop-over for us, half way between Rome and Cuneo in Piedmont. It allowed us to visit Pisa in the early hours of the following morning. That was positive as Pisa was quiet and uncrowded at that time. The staff are cordial and welcoming.

Breakfast is tipical italian (cold menu). For the 4* I would prefer some warm dishes as well (eggs, bacon, sausage etc.). Also it would be nice to have some international tv stations . Thanks.

The staff at this property are exceptional across the board. We’ve never stayed anywhere before where we have received such attentive service. We have travelled a great deal. Nothing was too much trouble and extra care and attention was paid to everything. Our special thanks go to Alberto, Anna, Antonio, Frederico, Marina and the lovely woman who cleaned our room who did a sterling job. Thank you all for making us feel special!

The hotel definitely needs improvement, it is outdated. The carpets in the hallways look old and dirty, the furniture in the rooms is old, the beds and pillows were not comfortable. There is no AC in the rooms and we had to open the windows because it feels very warm in the room. They have only 5 parking spots for multiple rooms, it was a problem every day to find a parking outside in the street.

Breakfast was not bad, coffee was not good. The location and service was good.

the hotel is an older building but well maintained, the staff is very friendly, the location is perfect, the breakfast is good. Absolutely worth thinking about for a long vacation.

The location is great, but hotel is very outdated and is not looking the way they have it online. Rooms are clean but smell of the old place it's not inviting. Beds and pillows is very uncomfortable, I was unable to get a good rest after a long day.and we had to cancel our second night of stay. On the good side the restaurant was enjoyable for dinner. There is plenty of good hotels just walking up the street.

Wonderful hotel, very cute quirky interior. Room was clean and had a small balcony/terrace. Breakfast was fresh and plenty. Staff was very friendly and forthcoming. Great stay, definitely recommended!

The breakfast was very poor. The hotel itself was renovated but keeping the old-fashioned style with a lot of heavy dark furniture in the room (our), carpets (a little bit shabby) in lifts and corridors. Overall impression was different from the web pictures and we felt comfortless.

The location is perfect and parking was provided as requested during the booking, staff was friendly.
