Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe original room was a standard and absolutely tiny for the price. We had to upgrade at an extra €100/day. The room was great. Very spacious, but the hotel keep wild boar, and they are way too close to this expensive room. Sitting out on the patio was sometimes not possible due to the smell!
Lovely, helpful and friendly staff in all areas. Great buffet breakfast with a fabulous view. Beautiful pool. Well maintained, cleaned every day. Grounds were pretty and well maintained. Great view of the mountains and very quiet. Need a car to get anywhereas too hot and hilly to walk the 1-2km to the town.. Great vineyard to visit nearby, it was amazing.

Location, you need a car ideally. It feels like a retreat. very quiet relaxing we loved it. Pool was great. Rooms where in little cottages. Very good size. All seemed to have outside areas to sit in the evening before dinner. We went half board, which we don't normally do, but as a car was needed for dinner - thought this was a better choice. WOW - the food is insane. 4 courses. V high quality and we go to Michelin-starred places a lot.

The hotel is located in a very nice location surrounded by the hills. The sunsets were amazing. The staff was exceptionally good and we enjoyed having dinners and breakfast at the hotels restaurant with extra special surprises, such as mini starters and a welcome drink. As we were staying in May, it was quiet and pool area was relaxing. I love that the hotel embraces typical Sardinian features and authenticity.
