The facility is very old. The hair drier doesn't work. The toilet is no very clean.

Very beautiful grounds - a true country retreat. Quite remote - however . Perugia was 30 min drive to the centre. Pleasant un heated pool. Football field. Plenty of space for children. It was very quiet when we visited first week of October

There was almost no one around. But the staff that were about were extremely nice and helpful.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, I accidentally booked for three rather than four and they accommodated us immediately and very nicely. Kids (aged 2 and 7)loved the pool and the beautiful grounds. The restaurant was delicious

Was noisy at times, internet connection was not great and the manager of the restaurant was rude.

The breakfast was just ok. The rooms are not renovated so they are a little oldish but still comfortable. The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled like food from the kitchen evacuation in the evening. We didn't eat dinner there but we did find a great family friendly pizzeria nearby called Trilogy.

Beautiful setting, comfortable rooms and great place for families to stay. The outside gardens are very nice and spacious. The pool area was relaxing. We had two connecting rooms on the 2nd floor near the bell tower. Blackout shutters made it easy to sleep in. Quiet. Good location to travel around and visit nearby villages. We spent a day in Perugia and it was only 20 minutes away by car.

Garden furniture old and cheap (like plastic chairs), but it's not that important, just something that could be improved

The location is amazing, very calm and green. The room and the toilet big, clean and comfortable. The staff was kind. Perfect place if you want to stay in the countryside of Perugia.

The door to the room actually broke and we had to move to and room which was a hassle. they did give us an upgrade so it did make up for having to move

The location was great close to Perugia. the grounds were beautiful and it had a pool which is a bonus. breakfast was ok , dinner was exceptional at a great value

The property is nice and have everything to enjoy with all the family. The staff is lovely, specially the team at the restaurant and the bar near the swimming pool. 15min driving from Perugia. You need to have a car there is nothing walking distance near.

probably needs a face lift in some parts, ie a paint and new carpets.

Beautiful building set into the lovely landscape next to the river Tiber. The restaurant was great. The head waiter was very professional too.

The restaurant could've been better for the price. The flavor of the food was good but the sizing was almost unacceptable. It was really too small. I left dinner still hungry.

The breakfast was exceptional. There was a lot of choice, eggs, bacon, croissant, cheese, sweet, cereal... The location was incredible, peaceful and luxurios. We even saw a Woodpecker from our window!

Lot's of bugs inside the room even though I never opened any window. Cleanness is not their strongest quality.

The room was a bit “tired”.

Basic, rather old-fashioned, room but clean. Excellent restaurant and outdoor pool. Extensive gardens and grounds.

The level of cleanliness is a bit low. Really wasn’t impressed with how our bathrooms and under the beds looked like. Maybe I’m just a bit fussy but they could improve a bit on this.

The property is great. Really think they have a great space but it’s under utilised. You could see that some of the equipment and facilities haven’t been used in a long time which is very sad. Loved the breakfast , definitely wider variety than I have seen in a lot of hotels. And though the dinner was expensive it was good too.
