In the morning hours, there had been some disturbing noise during rooms' cleaning.

Really nice location in the heart of Positano. Almost all types of rooms comprise a breathtaking view to the area's seafront. The staff gave us some pretty good advice regarding restaurants in Positano , as well as how to efficiently arrange our road trip across Amalfi coast.

Couldn't get AC to work, even with the patio doors shut... but the evening breeze almost made that a non-issue

The staff was very helpful but I think the main lobby / front desk experience could be a bit more accommodating (provide more seating instead of a small couch for guests to sit and wait to check-in) maybe offer water/tea/snacks upon arrival would make this a bit more worth the price? Another 3-star hotel offered complimentary items upon check-in which makes the experience much better.

The room was very clean and spacious (compared to other hotels) and we had an amazing view of Positano for Breakfast! The breakfast options were great. They were also able to get us to check in early and make a private car transfer to Naples.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Positano. Everything is accessible by walking. The hotel staff were all lovely and accomodating for any of our needs. Very professional, while being friendly and relaxed. The rooms were very pleasant, the daily in room cleaning, fresh towels & sheets was such a lovely service. The Beds are very comfortable, the AC is very effective. The views are unmatched for the price of this hotel.

Just wish we stayed here longer!

Absolutely adored our stay here! In a beautiful location in Positano, walking distance to everything. The room was beautiful, we didn't have a balcony but had a beautiful view and the room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The host was also extremely helpful and organised a taxi for us when we were leaving. We were sad to leave Royal Prisco and we will definitely be back!

The bed was so uncomfortable, it felt like I was sleeping straight onto springs and made sleeping difficult. For the price you pay in this area you would expect a bit more comfort

The property is in a really good location in Positano, about halfway through the town so you don’t have to walk up or down very far to get to shops, the beach and restaurants. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful and included a breakfast in your stay and the property was lovely and clean

The staff member that checked us in- was a bit distant and could have been a bit more welcoming and informative. When we asked her for suggestions regarding things to do and places for dinner it was as if we were imposing on her.

The breakfast and service by the breakfast staff was incredible!in addition to serving breakfast we were offered suggestions on what to do in Positano she shared information about the Feragosto festivities and recommendations for beaches and viewing stations for the fireworks and procession.

Only complaint was extremely loud and inconsiderate neighbours on the first night.

The private terrace we had, with water views was absolutely stunning; our room was big and spacious and the classic Italian decour (colourful tiles etc) was gorgeous. We loved having breakfast in our room every morning.
