No hotel parking (an external Company runs the parking below the hotel) . It Is a conference center, so you could have events happening while you stay.

Clean rooms with complimentary water, high quality breakfast, good restaurant and bar options. Super comfy beds.

The hotel is a conference center with about 200 densely packed rooms and though the lobby with its bar and water reservoir are inviting, the overall atmosphere is still more of a business hotel than a vacation place. The rooms and bathrooms are reasonably modern, but housekeeping staff could use some re-training. Our shower head was covered with stalactites, the only window/balcony door was in a dire need of spring cleaning, an empty box of cosmetic tissue was not replaced. On one occasion we found the contents of our bathroom trash bin dumped into the toilet …

We have dined twice at the hotel restaurant and found both food and service very good (contrary to some Google reviews). The treatment offerings at the spa are quite varied and we enjoyed the massages.

Breakfast buffet had only a few choices of proteins (scrambled eggs/boiled eggs/tarta/sausages & bacon) , perhaps this was more suitable for the Italian taste for sweet breakfast. Rather small balcony compared to the size of the room, but still nice to enjoy the sea view.

Room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of pastries and Sicilian snacks, it was nice to enjoy a slow morning outside. There was a small gym on site open 24x7. Last but not least, staff was really helpful!

The out date and old facilities the dirt and the signs of many years of living in. The restaurant was terrible price vs quality. No free parking, and you pay an extra on everything including the poor cleaning everyday.

The location of the place was very nice and the staff as well. They had lots of good beer selection at the bar and a cool theme of the overall hotel. The rooms were ok but not the best or the cleanest or new.

Hotel was what we expected, so not too much to complain about.

Breakfast is superior - grand selection of fresh foods and the view of the sea is spectacular. Staff is very helpful, friendly, hospitable. Visited in December so pool was closed. The location is directly across from the sea. The sidewalks are great and allowed us to walk/run quite a distance. Parking is easy in garage.

The hotel needs a renovation, and the location is probably OK for summer but too far from the city for winter.

This hotel is outdated, but we knew that from when we booked. We got fortunate and were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. That is a vast suite - more like an apartment on top of the hotel. Also we arrived late, but they were nice and made us a lovely dinner anyhow.

On site parking was not included in the price and they charged by the size of the vehicle. The artwork and displays throughout the hotel was quite awkward with one photo displaying drug use, some with tribesmen holding AK-47s, and others just plain creepy.

Rooms were adjoining with a common living area/bed set up for our son (3rd child). The rooms were spacious and accommodating. We requested a clothes iron and the staff had it to the room within 10 minutes.

Soundproofing was non-existent - if you want to sleep in, no luck, at 9am loud door banging begins (from housekeeping, I'm assuming) and we could hear every noise from our room. Neighbors can be heard clear as day as well (watching TV, coughing, nothing loud). Location was safe, but if you want to go out to eat, not a lot of choice around, more lively regions are within a 20 min walk.
