We were in Teresa before, everything was very nice and we returned. Good breakfast, good dinner, pool, saune, very friendly staf everywhere, in the restoran, bar, at the reception. Thank you for everything and see you again.

Great food for both breakfast and dinner. In half board there was also snack included around 4PM. Staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. Our dog even got a little present at arrival which was really thoughtful.

Everything was perfect. The staff was so kind and they made you feel at home. Food great. Room very nice. The bar was a pleasure every night. Even if it was not on the slopes there were 2 shuttles that took you every day from and to the slopes.

this hotel was simply amazing. The entire staff is so friendly and helped us a lot with everything. Barman showed us the best ski routes and lovely places to go. But the crown jewel is the dining room, the food was terrific, buffet + a la cart with 3 dishes. Spa facilities are huge and message was great after very long ski days

No vegetable for breakfast. Sometimes the pasta was not fully cooked. But all other food was very delicious.

I arrived on a weekday and the hotel was a little quiet the first morning and they had pretty much wrapped up serving breakfast by 9.00 which is when I arrived in the morning. Dinner options for vegetarians was a bit hit and miss especially the main courses.

The staff were super helpful and friendly and the hotel had a very welcoming and warm feeling about it. I felt very relaxed and welcome there. I didn't use the bar much but it was also comfortable and cozy. There were two courtesy bottles of water and some apple juice in the room. Wifi worked well and was fine for video calls. Dinner was nice, especially the self service antipasta. Good coffee as you would expect in Italy.

Teresa hotel has very good sport facilities. Large swimming pool , gym and indoor tennis court. Nice SPA too. It is very close to the ski lift area. It take 5 min walking time.

Food left a lot to be desired, especially dinners. Presentation was good but taste was not. Breakfast was the same every day and at weekend at 9 there was no cold cuts left, only some cheese, no other bread than white bread. For the price I think food could be better. Complimentary afternoon snack was hard bread with some cold cuts and leftover pastry from breakfasy I suppose, I never had some. Should offer some fresh bread, pizza (I missed pizza, this is Italy after all?). Rooms were rather cold and even though we opened radiators they were still cold. No normal electrical outlets in room.so I couldnt use my travel water kettle and hair dryer other than unpluging minibar :D there was adapter for outlets.

Big, spacious, very clean room, heated ski room, big pool and sauna, room with pool table, big tennis court. Friendly staff. Cozy bar. Complimentary shuttle to ski slopes.

Good location minutes away from the most astonishing mountains - Friendly staff - Good tidy and clean rooms - Great dinner and breakfast - I can't comment the swimming pool and sauna as I haven't used them
