The location is very convenient to the Venice. The hotel is good but the rooms are very small and outdated. Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable for a good night sleep.We also have a problem with ants cowling on the floor and walls in the first floor room. On the good side breakfast is great. We booked another 2 nights to stay on the way back but had to cancel because of the uncomfortable beds.

Slightly outdated furniture and bathroom amenities, could benefit from modern updates.

Its close proximity to the airport makes it an ideal choice for a little charm with accessibility. The check-in process in the middle of the night was swift, and the breakfast, rich in variety, guarantees a delightful start to the next day.

We have stayed a few times over the past 10 years (and will likely stay again as a stop over) but it is getting very tired and shabby.

Beautiful property and very easy to get to from the motorway and day trip by train into Venice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It is good for one having their own car. I paid €60 from venezia to hotel(22km, 25 mins) and €45 from hotel to airport for taxi- 15 mins, 16 km. Filthy expensive. Hotel don’t have transport arrangement.

I liked the seclusion from city crowed and peaceful locality. Very spacious

The only issue was that the hotel didn't seem to have a restaurant that served dinner as it was more focused on events. We dined outside so it did not impact us directly, but we would have like to have a dine-in option.

It is a great venue outside of Venice. Breakfast was excellent and the staff really friendly. Very quiet and comfortable location outside the city.

Shower overflowed the tray but didn't use the shower until morning of checkout, when I checked out I told reception and they were really apologetic, but it wasn't an issue for me. I think a kettle in the room or tea/ coffee machine would make it better.

Hotel is lovely, the grounds are pretty, the room was nice, staff friendly, helpful and welcoming, Netflix on TV, bed comfy, breakfast was really good, and had plenty of car parking spaces.

The only problem we had was the fragrance put into the bedding/pillows - it was overwhelming such that we couldn't use it and we took it all off and put it in the closet. Fortunately we had our own blanket. I think they also had some fragrance in the air circulation and we could not control that other than turning the room fan right off. We did report it to the front desk. A person with allergic issues could definitely not stay there.

The Villa itself was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were well done and easily accessible for a stroll. Breakfast (included) was very nice.

My mistake was not understanding how to operate room heating. Some instructions in the room could be helpful.

Wonderful and comfortable place with beautiful and quiet surrounding. Room is very clean, comfortable and nice. There are big parking just in front of the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Looking forward to come again soon.
