The taxi did not arrive to take us to the train station, and so a member of staff had to drive us there, which was much appreciated. Also the adjoining road is very close and noisy to the property.

The wine tour was excellent The dinners were very good and the view from the outside terrace was very pleasant.

They offer wine-tasting days - which is one of the reasons we booked our stay there. When discussing via booking they told us there were none scheduled for our dates - so we booked the wine tasting on another facility. However, when arriving at the property they told us that they had indeed wine tasting that day. The planning of wine-tasting dates should be better communicated for travelers who would like to have that experience.

The room was beautiful clean and spacious with a great view of the valley. The breakfast was ok with lots of options but not really exceptional.

Perhaps the seating area in the room is a bit rustic and not so comfortable. It would be great to have someone at the bar during lunch time to offer drinks.

First, the staff is absolutely amazing! Very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and with a nice natural light. The bathroom too, as well as modern. The bed was comfortable and big! We also had a beautiful terrasse to enjoy time outside and admire the view. The pool area is very beautiful and cozy, we really spent time there! Finally, the restaurant is a must! The food is very good and it is well located to enjoy the view on the vineyards. We would have liked to have the wine testing, but we unfortunately didn’t have time.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept or didn’t sleep in. The air conditioner didn’t work very well / was very loud. We had 2 sleepless nights even after a wine tour. Wouldn’t come back due to the beds.

There was no air conditioning but we knew that; I believe some of the rooms had AC.

The property was beautiful and the views were great. We ate at the restaurant two nights and the food was delicious. Being on a vineyard, the wine was good and reasonably priced. The pool was a big plus for our kids.

Perfect location. The restaurant, swimming pool, the staff, the wines; we enjoyed everything! At our arrival, we had a minor issue in our room which was managed perfectly by the owner. We really felt welcome as a family. A special thanks to Gaia and Happy: they're able to make the word hospitality into an art!
