You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. PolandPillows rather flat and hard. Room is not big but I don't consider this a major problem as in fact we only slept there.
Awesome location. Big bed. AC in the room. Friendly staff :) typicall Italian breakfast, rather simple but tasty and many things to choose

United KingdomThe room was very small, dirty walls, just one sheet of linen as a blanket (it was a bit cold in the evening). The bathroom smelled really bad of sewage and if we left the door slightly ajar the smell would come through the whole immediately which wasn’t pleasant at all. Overpriced for what you get.

RomaniaWe have booked a room for 3 for one night. After check in we were out in the city. We came back at the hotel and we couldn t access our room because the door was blocked, the key wasn t working. The staff couldn t solve the problem, so they offered us another room in a hotel about 300m far away from X hotel. They didn t give us water, charger for our phones or toothbrush, even though we told the reception we were running out of battery for our phones and didn t have any cash. Moreover, one of us had a everyday medicine in the room that wasn t able to take it. The next morning, it was after 9 a.m. and the problem wasn t solved yet, we still couldn t access our room and our goods, which made the experience very very unpleasant. Only after we complained again about that, the reception remembered about the problem and called a locksmith for help. Finally, they managed to open the blocked door and we checked out soon. Horrible experience, we basically paid for something that we couldn t use and there was no consideration to basic needs like giving us a bottle of water.
