Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JamaicaI had dinner at the Red Snapper restaurant and I ordered the Grilled Hoki Fish Fillet. It looked really good despite it's smell. However, after consuming the meal moments after I found myself vomiting in tge bathroom none stop. And there was alot of oil in the plate as well which I didn't like.

United StatesWhen the hotel executives are on the site the staff can not handle taking care them and us. The day before we’re to leave the I went to eat breakfast no problem. Lunch came the same hostess said I needed a shirt. I said to her I didn’t need one this morning what changed? She asked her partner she agreed I needed a shirt I proceeded to tell that I had the same attire this morning what happened no response and the hostess let me in well to my surprise it was full of hotel executives and get served was bad because they were catering to them which i understand but we waited 45 mins for water that I had to go find someone to get it for us. And she had an attitude needless I was very upset but me naw bother. One love

United KingdomGeneral maintenance could be better. Every lift we went in had broken tiles on the floor. Our room had a number of issues including the air-con not working properly, the power cutting out, the balcony light not working and a leak from the ceiling. Pretty sure I got food poisoning during our stay and spent 12 hours feeling very very sick. Our son fell as hit his head on the last day we were staying and no staff tried to help or offered any first aid care. Was really disappointed by this.
The majority of staff are excellent, especially Vernice and Donnette working in the privilege lounge. Christine at check in and Shannoi in guest services were also great. Food is generally really good and lots of options and choices throughout the resort. The jerk hut for lunch near the pool is great. Bar staff at the pool bar are friendly and work really hard to make sure everyone is having a good time.

United StatesAlthough the resort offered a nice variety of food, it fell short in quality. Often over-cooked, barely warm at best. Room service was not convenient - took over 2 hours to get a cheese quesadilla and personal pizza. It arrived wrapped in plastic and soggy. The Thai food was really good and Jerk chicken grill but all else was disappointing.
Beautiful location. Nice modern clean rooms. The beach was beautiful but very windy so spent most of our time at the pool which was fun and equally fantastic.

Saint Vincent & GrenadinesThe AC made us all ill by the 3rd day with lots of coughing and sore throat especially the infants and myself. This was due to a dirty ac vent which was cleaned before our final night. By then we were all ill and was ready to leave the room because it made us all very uncomfortable. I personally got a fever chills n sore throat the last 2 nights.
The spatial layout was very comfortable and inviting, everything within comfortable walking distance.

United StatesI have come here for three years. This year’s menu at the market place main restaurant seemed more limited to curry. It did not seem as diverse but it was compensated by the food at Route 66 and other restaurants. One of my friends got locked in the bathroom and another got locked out on the balcony but it was quick rectified and handled in a professional and courteous way. The booking.com manger visited us and make a report with apologies and a complimentary compensation. I will definitely return again because of their quick and courteous responses

Very clean. Staff worked hard to keep it clean each day. Food was very good as well. For an all inclusive property I was impressed with quality of the food. Ron the pool bartender was great!

Also, my husband and I left the room to returned to our door not shut all the way and we had the do not disturb tag on the door. I felt like one of the workers was randomly looking for valuables or money left behind.

We booked premium and from getting to the hotel we were treated very well. Staff were fantastic and we would like to give a special mention to Nazwah our butler who took care of our every wish and Melrose who looked after us so well while we were around the pool.
