Very friendly and helpful staff, perfectly located downtown. Hadi was very friendly, a pleasure to chat with over breakfast. The hotel organised me an trip over three days, visiting Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea and more. Saber, my taxi driver and companion for the trip, has been brilliant. Very friendly, he's helped me discover some parts of Jordan I would never have seen, good knowledge of places. He went above and beyond to make sure I see and enjoy all the best parts of Jordan. Highly recommend staying here, great hospitality.

Facilities are basic and rooms are quite chilly in the winter - but the room does the trick. It provides you a place to stay at night at an affordable rate - all geared for your big exploration of the city during the daytime!

Location was absolutely perfect, with the kindest and most helpful staff. Rooms are affordable and great for solo travellers like myself as the location was in the heart of downtown Amman. The Citadel, Roman Nymphaeum and Roman Theatre are all within walking distance as well as the best affordable foods and restaurants. Coffee and tea provided for free all day, free and fast internet, shower and shampoo provided and hairdryer provided when requested. Room was great and does the trick - clean and tidy. What really shone about this place was the hospitality from the staff, who were incredibly welcoming and kind. Shout out to Loay and Amjad who helped to guide me to navigate the city efficiently, providing recommendations and advice on the best practices and even helped to guide me through live WhatsApp recommendations when I needed advice. My first night in Jordan was at Sandra Hotel and to be greeted by such amazing and welcoming hospitality by the staff at Sandra really set the tone of how accommodating Jordanians are for the remainder of my trip.

While you may find a lot of hotels that propose similar services, this was to me one of the best hotels we stayed in our whole trip. Not only is great located, rooms are nice and breakfast is great, but customer services is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help you, give you advice and make sure you have the best customer experience. We highly recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bathroom door, it was really old fassion... there was not much which you can't like, its a budget hotel, they kept it clean and the staff was amazing.

The staff were very helpful especially Hadi and Loay who helped me sort out any issues regarding my itinerary without fuss. They offered good suggestions and made my stay here very relaxed. We hired a car and our driver, Saber was punctual, helpful and professional. Overall, we had a great time here and can highly recommend.

There are details in the room that partly depend on the structure (the bathroom is small, power plugs are not always in a handy position) and partly on the furnishing choices (curtains which seem to cover only a window actually cover a wall, the cupboard seems old, the AC right is above your pillow) which could be revised to make the room cozier.

All the guys who manage the hotel are incredible, they are kind, support you for any need you have (in my case i had to print documents, ask for information on Amman, they send you a useful PDF with tips on the city, etc.) and you can have a pleasant talk with them. The room is clean and the position of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of old downtown. Breakfast is kind of standard for these kind of places, with great hummus and fresh tomatoes, but also instant coffee which brings you to want a real coffee at the first bar outside.
