Probably the breakfast can be improved.

The staff were amazing and friendly and we loved that. Any problem you may encounter in the room it will be resolved the soonest. You should also check out the elan restaurant, it belongs to the property (you have a discount also), we had a nice meal and time there.

Rashed was really helpful and made us feel like home. We highly recommend this place to stay. It's close to center with all good restaurants , especially the restaurant they suggested us, and close to Petra visitor centre entrance. Free parking in the entrance of the hotel. First of all, the location of the facility is quite good, the rooms are clean and spacious, I think the view is sufficient, the breakfast is not bad in terms of price performance, and lastly, the employees are very attentive and helpful. You can make a reservation with peace of mind.

The host at the reception was very helpful and polite he arranged our transport from aqaba to amman at a good price. Whenever we needed anything he would help us out.

The hotel staff were the friendliest and most helpful of people. We had a lovely large room with a balcony, a fabulous hot and powerful shower. The air con kept the room lovely and warm when needed, the beds were comfy and our room was cleaned every day. The outdoor roof terrace had lovely views and was a great place to sit after a day of hiking. The indoor terrace/breakfast room had a great view and as it was cold early morning the heater was on when we arrived to eat. Breakfast was good with cereals, omelette, cheese, croissants, yoghurt etc. The hotel is close to the main town with all amenities in a few minutes walk. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and could have stayed longer. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner/manager, Rashid who gave us a great recommendation for dinner, and organised transport to Dana and Wadi Rum at a good rate. We cannot recommend highly enough. Excellent value, comfort and friendliness.

Excellent place to stay, quieter area a block away from the main street. Rooms were fine and had great hot water. Rashid at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming!

The size of room was bit small. And the size of shower area was small.

The hotel is really nice - perfect location just 15 minutes walking from the Petra visitor center. Stunning view from the breakfast room. The hotel manager was very friendly and accommodating. He was so kind and suggested a very good restaurant. I would highly recommend this place !

The location, the cleanliness, the terrace and the view. Also the owner Talat and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived late in the evening he drove us to his restaurant and we had the best dinner in Petra with some high quality food and he also gave us a discount. We can’t thank him enough for all the help and the superb hospitality. Thank you 😊

The terrace is a nice area to relax after all the walking around Petra, but it would be lovely if there was more comfortable seating up there. Also the single use plastic water should be replaced with a water fountain if possible!

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Staff were wonderful, and helped us with onward transfer to the Dead Sea. Location was a 10-15min walk down to the visitors center which was fine. Close to a number of nice restaurants. Breakfast was good (they also gave us a really good bag to take away on the morning we visited Petra early). Highly recommend.
