The breakfast options weren't great but it was nice being able to sit in the cafe and have a coffee and play one of their many board games.

We stayed here one night to watch the Sumo wrestling tournament that was nearby so the location was great. The hotel room was very spacious compared to previous hotels we'd stayed at throughout our Japan trip.

Great facilities, really clean and the onsen were really great after a long day in the city. For us the location was great since we needed to go to the Dolphins Arena for the Sumo match, however the hotel was a little walk from the center.

The rooftop onsen was a lovely surprise. The washroom (and toilet specifically) was simply amazing. And the room amenities were more than you need. Location had everything you need nearby, including walking distance to the castle grounds/sumo tournament. The in-house sandwiches are good when everything else is closed. And there is a great coffee/breakfast spot two blocks away towards the castle.

The attached restaurant was beautiful but I didn't really enjoy the food very much. They also gave us a free coffee ticket but it was only usable in the evening for some reason and we were only staying one night so we couldn't use it in the morning. I found that a little weird.

The location was wonderful. The private bathroom in the room was amazing and very well designed. And the public onsen was very nice too. They even had free mini popsicles for guests in the common area outside the onsen next to the vending machines. We arrived early and they held our bags till our check-in for us while we explored the area.

I was unsure of how to work the A.C. but that was my issues. I believe it shut off in the middle of the night and or I didn't confirm the settings I wanted. Maybe a user manual would be helpful. But honestly, it was fine!

The room was perfect, clean, comfy and quiet. The location was about a 15 minute walk from a lot of really cool attractions. The restaurants around were delicious too. I felt safe and the staff helped me with all of my quetsions.

Staff were very friendly and breakfast was super tasty! The room was bigger than we thought and very comfortable! My husband is 6ft 2 and slept comfortably! Location was great, just round the corner from the park and close to stations, cafes and convenience stores! Would come again!

Room is a little bit small.

Great location. City centre is easily reachable by foot. The Shinkansen Station is only a couple of metro stops and a small walk away. There is a spa and a café we did not use. We did however take advantage of the washing machines (great feature). The rooms are clean and nice, though a bit small. Enjoy!

Public bath is always crowded. Only 4 spaces for washing your body and 2 hair dryers. Some lockers are broken so even less lockers are available for use.

We have the superior twin room which is spacious with modern design. Separate bath and toilet. The tub is a large one, you can freely extend your legs comfortably. One thing surprising me is that we got a Dyson hair dryer and fan in the room. Also the breakfast can be delivered to the room which is very very tasty!

The smell in the lobby, as the cafe was located right beside the lobby, there was a constant smoky smell in the lobby. Perhaps an air filter of sorts could be added, as the smell can be choking for people with sensitive respiratory systems.

Hotel experience was generally good, rooms booked were spacious as I booked the twin rooms, view was good, overlooking the park. Staff were very helpful in booking taxis and helping us with extra pillows. The public baths were small but good for relaxing.

The onsen is not very large so it was quite crowded at night.

Check in was smooth. The location is close to Nagoya Castle, though not super close but definitely within walking distance. It is also located next to a large park. The onsen was definitely the highlight of this hotel!

The corridor on the way to the room was too warm, dare I say even a little suffocating.

The toilet is separate from the shower/bath, which is very convenient, as well as the spacious bathtub. The fridge in the room that was very useful to us, the staff were very nice and accommodating, and we enjoyed the onsen in the hotel.
