Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything excellent. Staff are politely and helpful. Room are clean and view from room so amazing. We can see sunset from our room. Dinner plan include Kobe beef and buffet are delicious. They have 3 onsen which beautiful and good quality. We enjoy to relax our body after travel in Kansai around 1 week before go back to Thailand.

Canada- We were able to smell some of the cigarette smoke that leaked into the common areas (hallways, elevator waiting area) out from smoke-designated rooms. - Buffet-style breakfast was offered, and although there was a lot to choose from, there were few dishes that appealed to our tastes (your mileage may vary, as this is a personal take). The fruits and dessert options were excellent however.
Has small town - big personality vibes to it so popular among tourists seeking a more relaxing atmosphere close to nature. With mountains surrounding the town, it appeared to be popular among hikers since we spotted quite a few of them as we explored the area. The resort itself exceeded our expectations, stellar service, excellent facilities/amenities, and super comfortable futons. Not to mention the all you can eat dinner buffet with Wagyu steak (yum!). The overall package makes the cost of the stay worthwhile.
