The room was spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind, he cleanliness was impeccable. Everything was spotless, from the bathroom to the living area. The location was perfect for us. It was close to key attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Despite its central location, the room was quiet and peaceful.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. They have complete amenities. Close to a restaurants and convenience store. You can eat and drink without worrying about driving. Very nice and accessible location. You can see Mt. Fuji clearly in the morning. And it’s only 7mins drive from Fuji Q highland.

Great location, view of Mt Fuji from the property. Easy self- check in and check out. Unit was very clean, and had every amenity you could need even for a long stay (full kitchen etc). Beds were very comfortable. Everything felt very well maintained. Overall excellent!

There was an excessive amount of laminated rules, which made me think I was bound to do something wrong! No reading lights.

It’s about 15-17 minutes walk from kawaguchiko station but it’s fine for me. ☺️

It’s so clean & comfy. It’s also very near to the mt fuji (you can see it upclose). It’s also within walking distance to 7/11, lawson, a mini shopping mall, etc. Really love staying here & would definitely come back again. 😀

Little close to a busy street, and the beds where a little small ( i am really long, so no problem for the regular length people)

Nice spacious cabin at a good location, near the lake. It has all the stuff you need for a trip to mount fuji. The train and bus station is a short walk from the cabin.

Modern cabin which had everything we needid. Within walking distance from Kawanguchiko bus station and the lake. The host was very friendly.

The property was very neatly maintained and had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. It was very close to the Kawaguchiko station and bus terminal and was situated on a street which had an amazing Mt. Fuji view. The staff was also very responsive and helpful. Overall it was an amazing stay.

The floor of the cabin is very cold even though we have heater on. Shower layout is a bit strange, i mean i was unsure if the room supposed to be wet or just only bath area.

Check out 10am, but staff opened our door at 930 without knocking. 2nd time staff knocked it was not 940 yet as per what they stated. Too early of a check out for any hotel honestly. Heater was not enough to heat up the whole house, you will sleep in freezing cold temp. No iron.

Location 15mins walk from kawaguchi station, I managed to do it at midnight when it was freezing cold. Nearby drugstore too. View of fuji the next morning was picture perfect. Great facilities
