Very good buffet breakfast to start the day. Not international buffet spread, but food is hot and variety sufficient. Main dishes changed daily. I like the idea of picking your own pillow with choice of support/hardness. Hotel next to subway station. Very convenient even with luggage. For those who love fresh seafood, Yoshike seafood supermarket is so near.

Bathroom is a bit too small n too low for my son. He is 1.8M..

Its near to the subway, booked for 3 persons, given 2 connecting room, have 2 bathrooms… very convenient for our use.

The room and toilet are quite small, for me is ok but for elder people is not that comfortable. Some room has a musty smell in the room caused by the carpet. But they provide air purifier in each room.

First of all, staffs are very very kind, friendly and happy to help all the time. Breakfast is great with various choices. There are pajamas, pillow and toiletries provided. The location is easy to travel by train including, Metro, JR. There is shopping mall, Takeya opposite the hotel. Various of restaurant near hotel.

Only 1 lift so sometimes had to wait a long time - we used emergency stairs multiple times as it was too busy used by staff doing cleaning.

The staff were so lovely and friendly, breakfast was yummy and they had drink dispensers for sofas, water, ice and coffee, lots of toiletries supplied. Comfy bed with streaming service TV for late night relaxing, laundry service ect. Close to train stations and short walk to Akihabara!

The eating space is a bit small especially when there are many people. Only one elevator available so it could be jammed during peak hours like check out time.

The location is great. The room is very clean and they do daily cleaning. The breakfast is reasonable with free soft drink and alcohol in the evening.

Information showing the route to the hotel from public transportation is not perfectly clear.

The breakfasts provided by the hotel are very good. Nevertheless, the dining area is rather small, resulting in congestion of guests in using there.

Only one negative - as a vegetarian it was difficult to work out which breakfast items were ok to eat as things weren’t always labelled clearly so I did choose some things thinking they were ok but they had meat in them.

Location was great - everywhere was very accessible by tube or train as there was a station about 5 mins away. Very friendly and helpful staff at breakfast and reception. Free soft drinks and alcohol from 6-8pm.

The variety at breakfast surprised me, and it tasted great. Love the collection of pillows and pyjamas that's available for use.

The rooms were a little small but not bad. The layout of one room made getting in a little awkward but the rooms were nice.

Excellent location that was very close to many transportation options. Beds were larger than we thought they would be. The pillow bar was a good, and necessary. Breakfast was good quality, although a little limited if you prefer a western-style breakfast. Fresh towels every day was nice. Amenities were good. Front desk staff were very kind and made check in easy.

Great service, friendly staff, clean, perfect location next to metro and train station, tasty japanese-style breakfast… we really enjoyed our stay :) the rooms are quite small, but we had everything needed - even received skin care kit on check-in! :)

Soundproofing isn't the best, but I have been to worse hotels in Tokyo. Bathroom is a typical self contained unit and moving around in the shower means hitting the side of the walls often. Room had no view as the window was facing another building and so had to draw the blinds when in the room.

The rooms were really small and couldn't really fit 3 people. So when I booked, the rooms were actually connecting rooms to fit my requirement of 3 in my family. So bonus is we had 2 bathrooms instead of 1. The hotel had extra pillows which we had to collect from the lobby. Breakfast was included and actually taste good. Extra bonus, the hotel provides tea break and happy hour as well. Plus their amenities provided were beyond that of a 2 star hotel, such as spa bubbles to soak away tiredness after a day running outdoors. Air conditioning was good and added air purifier with ionizer made a very pleasant stay in the room. Hotel is close to major train lines and plenty of food options around.
