I liked it's convenient location most. Very close to Nishi-Nippori station. The beds were great. The room also had a patio. I think I got my money's worth. If anyone wants to stay in a "medium-budget" hassle free place, conveniently located, I will recommend this hotel.

Even there are a lot of restaurants around the location but almost them are so tiny. It is not very comfortable for my parents to have a meal there. And I arrived there just the day that rained all day, so it a little bit hard to get to the hotel from Keisei Skyliner.

The location is good. Easy to go to the trains in different lines. Even the location is close to the train, I and my family can sleep very well. The view and sound of the trains are so nice and represent Tokyo very well!

Wish the room was more soundproof. The hotel was just several floors tall, so we were quite, if not very close to the rail tracks. The sounds of trains passing by were loud and frequent. But a pair of earplugs can easily solve the issue for me.

We were upgraded to a much bigger room. It was a lovely combination between modern twin beds with a traditional, tatami-floored area. The room has quite a nice city view overlooking rail tracks. A very short walk to Nishi-Nippori Station, which is well connected to Ueno Station.

So close to the train tracks! Not so good for light sleepers, fortualnately it stops between midnight and 5am. Hotel provides earplugs which is a nice touch :-)

Nice large room with balcony, bath was larger than Japanese standards, the hotel itself is so pretty and staff is so kind!

Given its location near to train station, the noise from train is rather loud but bearable.

Convenient place, within 5 minutes walking to JR train station. Overall stay was excellent.

Cleaning of room was inadequate.

Rooms were big but cleaning was not Japanese standards. 10 mins to clean a 30 sqm room seems inadequate. Itched when no sheet was replaced under the comforter. Toilet had stains even after so-called cleaning. Not for me for long-term stay.

Perfectly positioned within walking distance from the Narita Skyliner station. The Nishinippori station is 2 min away with easy connections to anywhere in Tokyo. Staff were friendly, free coffee and ice cream. They have free amenities on site if you want to travel light. It also has a self checkout desk if you want to leave early in the day.

Our wifi didn't work the first full day.

Location was perfect and not too far from the JR line. The room was spacious and had plenty of beautiful views of the city. The room wasn't too loud with trains and it was soothing to hear the bustle of the city until it all shut down at midnight.

Close to Nishi Nippori station exit towards xxx (forgot) liner direction, abt 3min walk, with many izakayas around, yoshinoya. Good coffee, free ice cream. Not a problem with the train sound but if u r prone to noise, u may not feel comfortable here. As for us after long tiring day walking around, we could jus fall asleep after soaking in their bathub

Just a little smell from the automatic toilet wand that bothered me somehow. And the hotel itself is so close to the train station so you can hear every single train pass through but when you are inside the room it was not that noisy. I can still sleep so peacefully. Besides they provide an earplugs if you need it.

Super convenience. Room was spacious. Bedding was also good. Staffs were so nice, communicable and helpful. They prepared 2 futons for our kids without requesting, I was so impressed. And there are lots of amenities provided, including toys! You can even borrow Dyson and Hairbeauron!! 😍

Balcony „with city view“ should be dropped, there is no view really (building just in front for most of the rooms). The rumbling of the trains nearby between 6am and midnight can disturb early or late sleepers or noise sensitive people. For us it was not a problem.
