Great location with a 5 minute walk to the hill. Hiro the host is friendly and knowledgeable of the local area. Not much happens around the area and most restaurants are in Furano town which is a 25 minute walk or cab. A Lawson is about a 5 minute walk away

Location was perfect, for mountain access, restaurants and bars in town. The host, Hero was awesome, he would do anything for you. Highly rate staying in this location. I will be booking again.

The only minor things we would improve is possibly having a double bed instead of two large singles (as we are a couple) and this would have been more comfortable

We loved the spacious apartment which had everything we needed to be self sufficient during our stay. Very handy having a washing machine / dryer, coffee machine, and dish washer. In addition it is located close to the lifts (5-10 mins) and not far from Lawson’s. A few nights we walked into downtown Furano which took us about 30-40 mins. This is a beautiful and clean apartment and much bigger than places we are used to staying at in Japan. Nice clean and new appliances and bathroom. Good value for money, we will be back. Thank Tsuru apartments!

A stool in the apartment to use while putting on boots would be useful and a second, softer set of pillows on the bed would be good too... but these are small things

The apartment was bigger than expected and more comfortable. It was about a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts and rental companies, which was great. There was a Lawson market about 10 minutes walk away for most groceries. The washing machine and dryer were good to have. The heating was excellent. Good size fridge.

The pillows were a little hard to sleep on. The buses were a little hard to get information on, but Hiro was extremely helpful even though he was so busy!

The spacious and clean rooms. Enormous beds and great communal spaces. The proximity to ski lifts and shops was great.

Our family of 4 loved our stay at Tsuru. Close to Kitanomie ski lifts and walking distance to Lawsons. Hiro was an excellent host, he helped us make dinner reservations and arrange our Black Cat luggage transfers. The washing machine in our room was particularly excellent!

Only small thing that could be better would be better pillow options. The ones we had were very firm and high, so my wife/kids struggled with them.

Great place for a family to stay - short walk to ski field (~5mins) & Lawson (~5 mins). Very clean and well appointed apartment.

I stayed in the 4 bedder apartment. It is a house by itself. We could park 2 cars outside with plenty of space to spare. The house is of pretty good size. Kitchen is well-equipped. Bedrooms are comfortable. During our stay, the temperature went as low as -23°c, but the whole house was well-heated and we didn't feel cold at all until we stepped outside. Owner is friendly and helpful. He is always ready to answer any queries and give advice to guests.

The cleanliness of the house, the excellent washing machine which dries all my clothes at the same time. Hiro was an excellent host too! He drove us to our ski resort and more importantly helped us get around Furano after we couldn’t get our rental car. He charged us very affordable rates too! Thank you for saving our holiday!

The WiFi network is weak. There is no cooking sauce and tea bags in the apartment.

The apartment is new and very clean. It is in the quiet section but near the ski area.

The apartment is great but you can sometimes hear the noise of the apartment beside or above you, especially if they have young children. But it is not so loud that it is unpleasant. We definitely still hope to come back here one day!

The host for this property was incredibly accommodating and friendly! When our flight was delayed due to a typhoon he stayed at the property until 9 at night to ensure we had a smooth check-in and was very welcoming showing us around, explaining the trash system, and giving us recommendations for the area. The apartment is very spacious with a large living room, dining area, and kitchen complete with stovetop, fridge, microwave/oven combo, and dishwasher (unheard of in Japan!). The bedroom was a nice size with plenty of space for storing clothes and luggage for longer stays. The bathroom is nice and clean although the shower is on the small side. There is also a washer available for use. The apartment is situated in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby (hit up the Seico Mart!) and has beautiful views of the mountains just up the street. It was gorgeous during the summer and I imagine even more so during winter at peak ski season. There are bus stops nearby but I would recommend coming with a car if you intend to leave the immediate area. My favorite thing about the apartment was the guest book and getting to read through the entries of people from all over the world.

Home away from home. Have facilities like kitchenette, laundry machine that make travelling easier. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. The host will give you a little tour amd explain about sorting garbages, etc, give you a little insight about how Japanese recycling system is, which I found pretty neat.

We booked a deluxe apartment for 2 families ( 4 adults 5 kids ) , we have the whole house for ourselves ( 4 bedrooms on the first floor ) and it is very large with 3 toilets and 3 shower rooms , everything is clean and new . The beds are comfortable too ! Sure will try to come again with my families

The walls are thin and our flat happened to be beside a family with little children so we could hear them running around next door and crying.

The apartment was in a quiet place off the main road but near enough to restaurants and a Lawson convenience store. Since we drove from Sapporo, we like the free parking. The place is very spacious and comfortable.
