Nice breakfast buffet. Spacious room, very nice bath inside the room (didn't have time to go to the big bath though, a shame)! Ideal location, 10 mins walking from Nagoya station but quite and clean location.

A beautiful hotel structure, reachable from the station in 10 minutes. Well organized hotel, the rooms booked were not very large but complete with services. Public ofuro present in the structure.

Although a short walk from the station, there wasn’t a lot of eating places around so had to walk back to station area for food options. With saying that, the walk was 5min!!

It was a short walk from Nagoya station which made it convenient to travel (I.e Legoland!). We had a triple room which was perfect for the family to stay in one room. The breakfast had enough variety to suit everyone’s tastes.

Nothing really, it was a great experience.

The location is relatively close to Nagoya Station. The neighborhood is quiet. I really liked the breakfast food selection - tuna sashimi was plenty!

The only minus I can think of, was the size of the room. We had booked a room for three persons, we had to share bed a pretty small bed but we managed to get some sleep anyway. Apart from that, we had a great stay at the hotel.

I like the hotel in general, the location was great, close to Nagoya train station which facilitated the travel to Osaka and Tokyo for instance. The staff was kind and welcoming. The quality of food at the breakfast was good and I appreciated the tranquility of the restaurant, you could wake up and have your breakfast in peace. We also appreciated the possibility to leave our bags at the hotel after checking out, that saved us a lot of headaches because we brought really big bags with us. Thank you so much!

Great location within walking distance to Nagoya Station and lots of food options. Bicycle hire also very convenient. Would definitely stay there again!!

The onsen and the rooms are too small. Whilst the breakfast is a buffet, the variety of food is not much - for example, there is no congee and cereal and this is disappointing. In the onsen, the hotel provides only tap water but not bottle water or paper cup.

The hotel is close to JR station within walking distance. This hotel has an onsen which is good for travellers staying in city centre.

Room was on the smaller size. Although there was room under the bed to store your suitcases, there wasn't much room to open suitcases.

Although the room with 2 twin beds was pretty compact for two people, it was well-designed, with plenty of outlets and charging ports. Complimentary drinks dispenser in the lobby with coffees, teas, sodas and fruit juices. Fancy shower with jet spray options. Everything seemed very new. Plenty of places to eat close by and at the nearby train station.

Room is very compacted. TV on wall. No desk, only small side table which is not easy for two adults to eat take-out food, or have computer meeting. I saw some people eating in public area tho.

Breakfast: super nice, with various selection. I even stayed for it and gave up my favorite Nagoya breakfast in famous cafe. Room: new and clean. Public bath: spacious. Equipped with capsule coffee machine. Parking: parking in front of hotel, very convenient for going out and in. Family oriented: Kids slipper/toothbrush/pajamas available. Location:5-10min to station area.

Could not use public bath with tattoos

There was a girl at the front desk who spoke English and was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me and I am said I did not catch her name. Great experience with the staff. Give her a raise

Location wise still a bit of a walk to the train station or any local bus stops. Booked an additional night, instead of having me upgrade to just stay in one room i had to checkout and transfer to new room the next day. Room is very small for families to be allowed to stay in a twin room.

Reception understand and speaks enough english. Helpful and nice. Reasonably clean and bed is not too hard.

We book for 2 adults and 2 kids but end up with only 1 bed. We had to upgrade to double bed but end up paying ¥7,000 extra. Then we only have 2 pillows and not enough for the four of us.

Located near to public teansport both train and bus. The staff were exceedingly professional, helpful, and friendly. We also were able to book our day trip tickets to legoland, which was super helpful. There's a public onsen for both men and women segregated away from each other. They also have optional smoking rooms upon request.Will definitely stay with the vessel hotel again.
