If you have 2 medium size luggages you will find it difficult to open them in the room without blocking the entrance. Also you will need to spend extra for a comb while other hotels provide at free of charge.

Good location not too far from the station. There are two Via hotels in the area that might confuse you a bit.

A lot of small bugs in the bathroom. It seemed like they'd been there for awhile because I cleaned about a dozen, living and dead, off the ceiling of the shower. There were some others crawling around the rim of the bathtub and around the sink though. Thankfully they didn't seem to be outside of the bathroom. Definitely the main issue I had with the place. The amenities and breakfast were also lackluster. More could be said, but really the bugs are the only major deterrent.

The staff were helpful. The location was easy to find and close to a lot of restaurants. The queen sized bed was nice and a good enough size for two adults and a two year old. The small gift bag and treatment for the toddler were nice as well.

Basic hotel - staff were quite rude didn’t smile once 10am checkout was a nightmare as there are only 2 small lifts and everyone was trying to get out at the same time. Took us about 20mins to get the lift down 3 floors. Lobby toilets were dirty

The bed was very hard and the pillow was even worse. I didn't really get any sleep because it was so uncomfortable. I also needed a total of 4 pillows and only had 2.

Check out time is 10:00. It’s too early n asked for 30 mins delay but staff said ‘No’ unless we pay 1000 yen. Finally staff just gave me 15 mins allowance.

The environment of the hotel. Counter staff quality varied. Some are very nice and patient. Some are rather unfriendly.

Breakfast which was included in the room rate had good spread of Japanese and Western varieties and nice. The hotel is very near to the train station. Easily accessible.

The sink is not being scrubbed properly. I noticed the yellow ring around the drain on the first night and saw it stayed there until the 3rd day and thought it might be stubborn stain. I attempted to clean it with soap and dirty towel and got rid of it. It showed that the sink is not thoroughly cleaned.

There is no room service. I need to go to the lobby and front desk to get the items I need for the stay.

The hotel is within short walk to Nagoya train station but the area has a lot nightlife (for guys) which might not be safe for ladies to travel alone at night.

I found my room to have a very strong mildewy smell and my breathing seemed to be affected. After my room was cleaned the cleaner neglected to put towels in my room after taking them.

The location of the property was ideal for our needs. The staff were cordial and the check in process was very easy. The rooms were very spacious and nice.

I didn't like the fact that there were 4 washing machine available and one was them was broken during F1 weekend. A lot of guest had to wait for hours to be able to wash their clothes.

Most upset is that there is NO carpark belongs to the hotel. The information given in the website is FAKE. The carpark is operated by other company but just next to the hotel with about 10+ parking lots only. The parking charge of JPY 1,800 per day is for one time in & out. It's not allowed to be in & out multiple times per day like other hotel with REAL self-owned car park. It's also very difficult to have a parking lot from the evening so if you return after dinner you need to find other parking space. The hotel should honestly state that they do not have car park but there are some car parks at the vicinity instead of cheating people that it equipes with a car park. Not convenient to self-drive traveller.
