How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No daily cleaning the room including change of towel - for short stay within 3 days will be acceptable but longer than that will be in inconvenient
location is very convenient, near lawson, kitchen origin, Saizeriya, Tsutenkaku, Shinsekai street..easy access to Train Station (Ebisucho). it is completed with kitchen stove, microwave and washing machine even it has drier inside the bathroom...so we can wash out clothes and hang it within max 30 minutes it will dry

Contactless check-in/out. Comfortable room and slightly more spacious than expected. Right next to Lawson (24 hours convenience store) and Ebisucho Station. <5 min walk to Den Den Town

The pillows (with buckwheat filling??) I found them too hard for my liking. No bottled water but you could boil water on your own.
Clean and nice apartment hotel, room lights were cozy, bed and armchair were comfortable. Fantastic heat drying function in bathroom. I dried my clothes out of the washer that way. Location is excellent, 1 min walk from the nearest Ebisucho station, 11 minutes walk to Nishiki market, 5-10 minutes walk to Shinsekai. No manned concierge but you may message the hotel staff most times of the day, reply is quite fast. Concierge staff are friendly and helped when I asked for late check-out, but do ask a day earlier.

Room is a bit small for 2 people.
Convenient location, close to subway station, lots of convenience stores and markets nearby. On-site washing machine and kitchen are awesome for a week long stay.

The location, although it is close the metro station, you do need to use a different one to travel to Umeda, Namba or Dotonbori :(

The appartment is very well located, 2min walk from Zauo fishing restaurent, a unique experience to do, 20min walking from Dontobori beautiful neighboor. The appartment is enough spacious, proper and the owner was quite flexible. We really appreciate it

The place located near Tsutenkaku and Metro Sakaisuji K18 Ebisucho But to go to the city or JR connection we had to change the train at Dobutsuenmae, walking quite a lot there. Not recommended to elderly and kids or Traveller with many luggage.

Bedroom small. The checkin and checkout is via a computer/machine. So if you have a problem, I dont know how will u resolve it. I would recommend this hotel for young people. I dont see my grandparents fighting with the computer at 1:00 am in the night to do the check-in or chek-out, get the keys, find the room etc etc. Hotels with this price Must Have staff and real people to solve problems.
Location and clean were very good. Bed were confortables. Be carefull because they dont have staff or people working in the hotel reception. All the activities concerning to check-in, out or any other thing is via computer or internet. Not recommendable

Detergent for washing machine was provided but for one wash, so had to buy it. Pillows were a bit hard, would be nice if there were two pillows per person.
The location was great and there is a lot of space so it was great for 2 people. Apartment is super functional. The washing machine was useful. Definitely would recommend staying here!

It was a bit noisey outside in terms of police cars, but if you close windows the room is sound proof, also it's because it's pretty central
The location was very convenient. The checkin was easy and straight forward. It was very clean. Rooms have balconies which is great
