Its great to have motion activated lighting, so good for saving energy and being better for the environment. However on my level, the sensors sometimes didn't pick up the movement and so I had to navigate my way to my room in the dark. I;m sure it is an easy fix.

Well located in Westlands and within walking distance (5 mins) of the Sarit Centre, which is great! The staff at the hotel are amazing, always available and happy to help. Both restaurants are a great place to relax or meet friends, with a good range of cuisines to suite most tastes. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. A very special mention for Philomena at reception, who went above and beyond.

Had to pay for two days for a 24 hour stay

We stayed at this hotel just for a day before our safaris. We had to book and pay for our room for two days since our flight arrived at 6 AM in the morning while the normal check in time was 3 PM. The room was adequately sized and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very polite and efficient. All the amenities required during our travel were available. The location is good and the area seemed very safe. There was a mall next to the hotel which was good for eating, money changing and shopping. The food at the hotel was very good. The breakfast which was included in the room tariff was sumptuous and had a huge variety to suit every palate and requirements...and at the same time delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel in Nairobi.

Location was central and close to attractions, shopping centres and airport so great. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety and catered for early mornings if you were going on safari,etc. staff were very welcoming and always willing to help. Rooms were very comfortable, and very well maintained.

Transportation should have been complimentary for the price we paid for one night.

We stayed here for one night after flying into Kenya. Our transportation was waiting for us as we arrived, very nice gentlemen. The staff was very friendly upon arrival. Quiet area. A little far from the airport but we didn’t have to fly out the next day so it was fine. Overall, a very nice Best Western.

Absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Staff member kindly intervened when we requested a small jug of milk from the downstairs restaurant, after initially being told there would be a rather substantial charge for it. It was only for a tea to be had in the room. Minor glitch that was quickly resolved. The front of house staff were all lovely.

Friendly staff and check in process (room wasn’t ready, but it only took 10 minutes). Also allowed a slightly later checkout upon request in the morning. Nice dinner and drinks restaurant on rooftop bar - good value - pretty good food. Good location close to amenities like Sarit Center. Breakfast was good! Will gladly use the hotel again. The staff certainly made a positive difference!
