The hotel is located in Syokimau area and you get off the road and drive for a reasonable distance on a dirt road. I wasn't expecting that. The hotel's structure is super confusing. It's like a maze. I don't know how many times I got lost trying to get to my room. The building looks unfinished/work in progress, there are some areas on corridors that are undone.

The Hotel is a good distance from NBO airport and perfect for travellers who are on long layovers and want to get a good overnight sleep. They have an in-house restaurant which serves meals till late. This worked conveniently for me given the Lockdown curfew times in Kenya. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I even got a nice cold welcome drink. :-)

Front office and receptionist Berylyn was unfortunately very unprofessional and had very poor people skills. You don't talk to customers the way she did if you want to stay in business. You should not have to call the manager to get her to act appropriately. Training however is a function of management so some responsibility lies with them as well. The rest of the staff especially the Askari did a great job! My wife arrived the evening before me and the room she was given was not clean and smelled. She was given another room which was fine but I paid for deluxe accommodation and this room was not deluxe compared with our previous deluxe rooms. At breakfast my wife was served an omelette with a big piece of plastic int it! The waitress apologized but never offered to bring another one or make it right and we were still charged full price for breakfast! With so many other options near the airport we are unlikely to return.

We have stayed here many times before and always had a nice stay. The manager Joash was always very helpful.

The management is poor. In the way of payment they are stealing. In a hotel in Kenya to charge in dollars is already brazenly but to change in ksh with a rate of 160 by reality 132 is terrible.

The gatemen/watchmen are extremely unprofessional. My incident: I arrived at the gate and they opened the gate.(No search whatsover- just some personal questions like "are you tired, are you going into the hotel-the road only leads to the hotel. I get in and they dont bother to show me where to park, so i park next to a wall. Immediately after parking the gatemen signal me to parl somewhere else -this is done while they are their booth. I oblige and park and head to the reception. The watchmen follow me and tell me I have parked at the right place but wrong orientation. To which i ask" Instead of showing where to park and how to park-mark you parking rmarking is worn out, you were in booth directing me with signals. Anyway I still go out again and park in the manner/orientation he prefers. The altercation was uncallwd for and unprofessional to say the least. It was horrible.

We were here in February 2024. The hotel is very handy for the airport and freeways. Very good value, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well maintained it was. Our room was air-conditioned. It was on the 3rd floor accessed by a very modern elevator. The place seemed old but well maintained and fully functional. All of the staff (there were 24hr reception and security staff) were very keen to help with our luggage or taxi arrangements.

Very helpful staff and very welcoming. Great location with an airport transfer that was easy to arrange (did cost extra). The breakfast was very good value for money and filling. The room was huge, nice and quiet, I slept very well. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying near the airport. I'm a solo female traveller and felt very safe here.

Given the price, I didn't expect much of this hotel. The hotel/rooms were very outdated. It could use some renovating. There were also lots of mosquitoes in the room. There's a mosquito net in the room, so that helped a lot. However the mosquito net wasn't convenient to use. Plus it was hard to set up. Thankfully the staff was able to help with that.

The approach road to the hotel was in bad condition but this is not the fault of the hotel!

The hotel was very responsive to all my messages. As we checked in late at night, they told us to take extra time for the check out. The property and all its facilities were very cleanly maintained. The staff are very polite and helpful. Pick up from the airport and drop the next day was prompt.

The mattress was incredibly hard and there was a window into our bathroom from the hallway making us feel a little un safe.

The Hotel staff were really great but sadly when we arrived the road to the hotel was being ripped up so we had a struggle to get to the hotel (took a very long time considering we booked the hotel close to the airport for a short stay and intended to be close by) and on our return we had top walk all of stuff with a very tired child across the mud to get to the taxi.
