I think if the surrounding is given more attention - like pruning the flowers, and trees, it will give the place an impeccable look.

I enjoyed the calmness and privacy of the place. The cuisine was good, the staff was friendly, and the accommodation is in a secure environment.

La Mada sadly seems to get more and more run down each time I go. This time the toilet was loose in the bathroom so felt unstable to sit on. Curtains were hanging off. Paint shabby in the room in places and no fan to replace not working AC.

Not a not like, but service staff for outside on terrace and pool area could be a little more present in mentioned places. Takes a while to order.

No option for provision of an iron and the refridgerator was not functioning. Wifi signal was very poor.

Very friendly staff. Nice green garden around the hotel, possibility to sit outside Lovely swimming pool. Quiet area, no traffic noise, Not far from the Karura forest.

Really cheerful and helpful staff Excellent location - easy to get to and from the airport and to move North out of town in the direction of Mount Kenya. Great pool area. The local monkeys were great.

It is not necessary to change the towels daily. Water should be saved in this world. the water toilet should work better. It is a problem of the plumber.

I was so disappointed with billing at this hotel. I did an inquiry on a few things prior to booking. I had special requests for my room and also I had planned to have a photo session and I spoke with the staff about it who gave me a quote. My special request was accepted with no charge and so I proceeded with all the plans as per the quote and complimentary requests. Few hours later after reserving my room I received an email that my request will be charged. Upon checking in I was again surprised to be told a new quote higher than discussed for photo session. This Part of my experience at la mada gave me a bad impression about the hotel beside all other good things about it.

The Venue was awesome so private secure and clean. The nature surrounding the hotel was the best experience ever. The food is good with awesome staff.

The monkeys way to many 😱🤦‍♀️. The Dstv was not clear and the children's Channel was not clear at all. Pool service from the waiter was not good at all. The water in the bedroom was too hot 🔥 🥵 😩 😫 3rd degree burns hot. I wish they had a mosquito net. No one helped us with our luggage 😕 leaving.

The quite and wooded surroundings awesome. The swimming pool is everything you 😍. The room was small, intimate and comfortable. The food is delicious .

Beds were uncomfortable- extremely firm. Buffet breakfast was OK, but not great. Following morning due to low numbers it was from the menu … but no one around to explain for quite a few minutes. Whole place is tired and in need to a full revamp. shame as setting is great.

Very quiet and serene setting surround by trees. lovely pool area; friendly staff; excellent food from the dining menu. reception was flexible on check-out time to accommodate a request.
